I think most that use Gray just buy his trigger parts and install themselves. If I were going to send it out, I’d look at The Sig Armorer.

I originally set up my mags with Springer base pads. I could only get to 23 if I used Grams guts. I tried the TTI bases, and 23 was easier to load to, but I was curious if I could get there using the stock spring and follower, and sure enough, 23. I have 8 mags set up this way, and all work as they should. Good luck, but I didn't find it hard to get 23 at all. Borrow someone's LULA, load them to 23 and let them sit, they should loosen up. Like I said, I can do it by hand, but I wouldn't want to do it all day at a major. Plus I hated that little set screw in the Springer pads.

I came across it by accident yesterday. The listing says SP01, but the pic is of a Shadow 2. The seller has no feed back, says the gun is in Akron, but in the description he mentions Armed in America in Texas. I called them, they have no GB auctions going. He looked at the listing, and said they screen shotted a gun he has on Armslist, and created a fake auction on GB. It's new old stock (?) with a buy it now of $1000. The auction ends at 5:08, so please don't get ripped off. I've reported it to GB.

If you are left handed, walk the stages the day before, trust me. You will not get the same amount of time to check the stage out on match day as the other shooters. You will constantly be "going the wrong way".

I received 2 mags last week, 2 months to the day from when I ordered them.

I have some oddball 90* C-more mount on my open gun that has a hole pattern different than standard spacing. I’d like to switch to an SRO, and am looking for an un-drilled mount that my gunsmith can drill for this pattern. I’ve been searching but can’t find an un-drilled mount anyone know of one?

I think I remember Modified Division being a USPSA division, back when it was just open and limited. A funky mix of open and limited and usually a slide mounted dot, that had to fit in a box. I started in 1995 for a time reference.

I like the 21+2 better, there is no junction the follower has to jump past at the tube/base when you load the last couple rounds. Just feel smoother to me.

I did this with my Legion and a 40 full size red box gun I got at CDNN a couple years ago. They were selling the CPO guns for $250 with 3 14rd. mags. I got some 18rd. mags, added the TTI base pads and get 20 reloadable. I can switch from CO to Ltd. in minutes. The only downside has been in sight selection. Dawson is really about it for sights suitable for competition, and they are not adjustable.

Me too. Couple years ago, Cabelas was blowing them out for $15/1000. Went thru 20,000 in minor loads, worked great even in lightly sprung Tanfo.

I have 2 Legions, and they definitely aren’t Torx. Mine were also 5/64”. Be careful tightening and loosening it, it’ll strip easily.

Shoots well. It’ll never be confused for a 2011, but for a quarter of the cost, it’s not bad. A real X5 Legion in 40 with a bull barrel, and adjustable sights would be better.
