  1. I use Precision Delta 115 gr with 10.9 gr AA7 at 1.245. As suggested, do plunk test as one way of determining depth for your particular gun. Good luck.
  2. Sarge is right in saying the main benefit is more reliable feeding. The downside is the cost of the brass. Be in the lookout for used brass especially after Area matches. If you load these several times the cost drops dramatically.
  3. Thanks HI5-0 for the great offer. Donation made. Best regards.
  4. Thanks Tomjerry1. I did speak with them and they are completely sold out and have no plans to restock this item. They claim sales were so poor that they discontinued this mount.
  5. Does anyone know a dealer that still stocks this scope mount. Researched all the dealers that might still carry this item but came up empty. But, I may have overlooked a dealer that still stocks this. I know DDA carried this awhile back but they dropped this item from they inventory. Thanks in advance.
  6. Curious to know what soured your relationship with MBX. Asking this because I am thinking about changing over all my mags to MBX. Thanks.
  7. +1 Been using Wolff spring and Matt McLearn M2i firing pin combo for years. Have eliminate virtually all light strikes.
  8. Howdy, almost the same set up but I am loading 7.9 gr due to 2 popple holes.
  9. Been using 115 gr PD for 2 years. Also very accurate out of my Trubor.
  10. I had the same experience but had about 55,000 rounds thru the die. Dillon replaced with no questions asked. Great customer service.
  11. What was your experience with dot movement?

Yes. STI Trubor, 2 popple holes. At 170 PF shoots flat and accurate.

Switched from MG to PD last year and never looked back. Using 115's and AA7. Great combo.
  14. This is also my strategy. Stage dependent.
  15. This is such good advice. Blue bullets ran great in my G17 but BBI was all over the place. The sample packs are a cheap way to determine the best feel and accuracy before commiting to a large order. Good luck and welcome.
  16. I have experienced the same thing with Winchester SRP. OD is not very consistent. Will stick with Federal or CCI when Winchester runs out. I did contact Winchester and told them about this problem. They said "Thank You" I feel much better.
  17. This was the best advice I received as a novice loader years ago. Thanks jhgryre for your post. Great reminder
  18. Try a Matt Mclearn M2i long firing pin. Dawson also make an extended firing pin. Let us know how this works out.
  19. Also look at Precision Delta's 115's. Great quality at a better price point than MG. My load is also 11 gr of AA7 with 115's. Running 2 popple holes for 169 PF. Welcome to the wacky Open world.
