lol! True. There are a ton of great options. The RPR has a lot of great features that didn't exist at that price point before, but the industry is catching up. It used to be that you had to drop $8k to be competetive, but not any longer.

Snipershide is usually the go-to. It's full of a bunch of a_-holes though, so just prepare for that. I wish there was another resource that was as focused because everyone I know would jump ship in a second. Remember that there's probably not another class of shooters who are as anal retentive as the PRS guys. It's probably the most tedious discipline.

Yep, agreed. Couldn't have said it better. Also, take the time to educate your children. Teach them the skills that they don't get in school. Work ethic, how things work, home repair, engine repair, whatever. Just teach them.

Highly recommend the Hornady OAL Length Gauge. It'll take the guess work out of where your chamber is measuring.

Agree, you should take a look at the Redding stuff. I have used the Whidden bullet tipping die for my 6mm 105s for years and it's been quality kit.

Gen 2s are fine, but they are just fun range guns. Maybe throw in a get home kit or something. Keltec always makes those weird designs that fit a niche, but build quality is always mediocre.

They're new to the scene. Will take some time. IMO, great build quality, but not really anything crazy innovative here.
