  1. How many rounds have you reloaded with your set up? You do know that the MBF powder funnel wears out.
  2. The cleanest load you will get is with N310! I use 147gn Blue bullets 2.6gn N310 @ 1.145 132PF. Also 115gn Blue bullets 3.4gn N310 @ 1.130 133PF. Very soft and clean out of an Wilson Combat AR9 The same loads in my Accu-Shadow are sub minor 109PF and 116PF
  3. When you say " slightly different " what are you talking about(+ - 0.003",+ - 0.005, + - 0.010' or + - 0.020")?
  4. power pistol is a some what slow burning powder. You will get better results with a faster burning powder. N320, WST, sport pistol, clean shot, HP38 ,231
  5. What is your load? powder & charge, bullet, OAL and recoil spring #
  6. Ok for minor, get some 115gn JHP's , Shooters World, Major Pistol ( D037.01) powder Load 8.4gn Major Pistol at an OAL that will work in your Czechmate. This will be a 140pf load and will work the comp. another powder that will run the comp at minor power factor is N105 8.4gn N105, @ OAL that will work in your Czechmate. This will also be a 140pf load and will work the comp.
  7. The OEM bushing will last 50,000-60,000 rounds. All you have to do is lightly oil the end of the barrel that rubs the bushing.
  8. You could try polishing the area in yellow.
  9. If you shorten up your OAL it will raise pressure and increase your FPS/PF. I find that I get a cleaner burn with a shorter OAL and I do not have to use as much powder to get the same PF. I am going to an 1.145" - 1.150" OAL, but my test loads were very clean and as clean as the 3N38 & N350 I have used. In fact looking at my cases they could be reloaded with out tumbling. I think it is ease to use to much Major Pistol powder as it is very dense so large charges weights are easy and the volume of gas may over power the comp with lots of gas going out the front of the comp. Shorting the OAL and using a little less powder I think will help.
  10. One thing to also look out for when loading 147gn bullets. They are long and as you push them deeper into the case sometimes the base of the bullet will bulge the middle of the case.
  11. I received my comp two week ago. There was no need to do anything, the new comp just screwed right on.
  12. It is not uncommon for POI to shift from one brand of ammo to an other.
  13. Did some testing today 58* Shooters World Major Pistol Czechmate Major Pistol 9.2gn 1.155 OAL 125gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1332 Power Factor: 166 Major Pistol 9.4gn 1.155 OAL 125gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1367 Power Factor: 170 Major Pistol 9.6gn 1.155 OAL 125gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1381 Power Factor: 172 Major Pistol 9.8gn 1.155 OAL 125gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1404 Power Factor: 175 Major Pistol 9.8gn 1.145 OAL 115gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1387 Power Factor: 160 Major Pistol 10gn 1.150 OAL 115gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1418 Power Factor: 163 Major Pistol 10.2gn 1.155 OAL 115gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1433 Power Factor: 165 Major Pistol 10.4gn 1.155 OAL 115gn Blue Bullet Average FPS: 1475 Power Factor: 170
  14. I have just started using Shooters World Major Pistol powder in my Czechmate. I loaded up some steel loads using Blue Bullets. 115gn Blue Bullet 8.4gn Major Pistol @ 1.130 Avg fps 1170 125gn Blue Bullet 8.4gn Major Pistol @ 1.155 Avg fps 1182 I loaded some 115gn Blue Bullets at 9.0gn Major Pistol @ 1.150 I did not chrono yet but they shot well at a steel match. This powder is loud but makes lots of gas.
  15. Either the last bullet in the mag or you are activating the slide stop. All of the other things that you listed will not activate the slide stop.
  16. The wrench is in the box that your Deltapoint Pro came in.
  17. The EGW chamber Checker is the problem. take an unloaded bullet and see if it will pass through the EGW chamber Checker, it won't! this is the problem it's is checking the bullet not just the case. Get this gauge. https://benstoegerproshop.com/100-round-9mm-luger-hundo-chamber-checker-cartridge-case-gauge/
  18. Auto Comp is a slow burning powder. You want a fast burning powder try HP38. WW231, E3, N320, Sport Pistol.
  19. I picked up some Shooyer's World Major Pistol powder. I plan on shooting 115gn & 125gn Blue Bullets in my CZ Czechmate with a 1.150" OAL. Anyone have any chrono data? I also plan on shooting steel challenge and looking for a light load that will work the comp.
  20. I use Blue Bullets. They now make their own molds and weights are more consistent. They have also changed their coating process, the smurf fingers are a thing of the past. I shoot Blue Bullets in all my CZ's, 125gn at 130 pf for production/carry optics and 125gn in open at 171 pf with no leading. If you load coated bullets you have to attention to your bell and seating! For the bell you need to bell .003 more then you would normally bell. If you don't want to lead your barrel and comp you can not to seat and crimp in the same station. When you seat and crimp in the same station you cut the coating just a little bit as the die takes the crimp out as the bullet is still being pushed in to the case. This is what causes some people to have leading.
