  1. OOB discharge, you can see where the case bulged before it ruptured. Also Titegroup is not a good powder for a person just starting out reloading.
  2. With my SP01 Shadow. Sport Pistol and blue bullets 125gr TC bullets: 3.5gr @ 1.110, 971 fps. 3.6gr @ 1.110, 1002 fps & 3.8gr @ 1.110, 1043 fps. 4.0gr @ 1.110, 1067 fps
  3. try a fast burning powder. I have found in my AR9 that 3.4gr N310 with a 115gr bullet will give about 134pf with very little dot movement.
  4. Does the trigger have enough over-travel? Check the trigger set screw.
  5. Game gun SP01 Shadow, Carry gun Shadow Line Compact
  6. For my Wilson Combat AR9 with a 14" barrel I use very fast powders. 3.3gr - 3.4gr N310 @ 1.130, with a 115gr blue bullet. I tuned the buffer, spring, short stroked. I don't worry about the comp as there will not be enough gas after 14" - 16" of burn in the barrel to work the comp no matter how slow a powder you use. My dot hardly moves and I get 130pf - 135pf. I have tested 115gr, 125gr and 147gr bullets. Fast powders - Slow powders. N310, N320, SP,N330, N350 Auto-comp, 3N38. The fast burning powders will give you the least amount of dot movement, you will make PF with the smallest powder charge in a PCC with a 14" - 16" barrel. in a pistol my load only makes 109pf - 116pf
  7. Your rounds look like the OAL is too long. What is your OAL? Did you do the push teat with that bullet in your barrel?
  8. When CZC milled my slide, I had them mill the front sight post flat.
  9. My Wilson AR9 14" barrel. I am using a JP SCS. Tuned it to my load. 115gn blue bullet, 3.4gn N310 @1.130" shoots flat and soft with little dot movement.
  10. You will need blue loctite, Been there done that. And you don't need to remove it as much as you think.
  11. You will need to use the newer P-10C, P-10F, P07 or P09 mags. The older P-10 mags will not work in the new reversible model without some modification.
  12. No the P10 all you have to do is polish the slide and the slide stop were the two rub.
  13. I load Blue Bullets for my Czechmate open gun. Don't worry about the case gauge for now. do the push test on your KKM barrel with the 115 gn blue bullets. If your barrel will take 1.130" or longer with the 115gn bullet you will be good to go. Do not try to use 147gn for an open load! the bullet is long and does not leave much room in the case for powder. I use a lot of N350, load 115gn & 125gn Blue Bullets. I compress N350 all the time with no problem. I load 115gn Blue RN with 7.0gn @ 1.130" for steel challenge. They make 156pf. 7.0gn N350 with a 125gn blue @ 1.150" 169pf. I case gauge all my reloads. Not all case gauges are the same. you can test your gauge. Take a unloaded bullet and drop it your case gauge, if it dose not fall all the way through sell it and get a new one that will led the bullet fall all the way through.
  14. Stopping to check powder drop in the middle of a run is a hint! Once You set the Dillon powder drop the weight is not going to change as you go. If you are visually check for powder there is no need to check the weight. With a Dillon your OAL is not going to change as you go either. Every time you stop do you clear every station? if not this is a potential trouble spot.

    CZ recoil spring.

  16. I use 115gr Blue Bullets with 3.1gr N310 @ 1.120" 106PF in my Accu-Shadow
  17. CZC RDS plate cut is the way to go.
  18. I shoot 3X a week 200-300 rounds. at about 600-800 rounds, Cleaning consists of removing the slide to lube the rails and pulling a BoreSnake through the barrel 2-3 times and we are good to go.
  19. The dovetail mounts flexes more and the flex kills red dots. I have a DPP with over 17,000 rounds and still going. I have one that I let get a little loose at about 20,000 rounds and it died within 200 rounds.
  20. What type of shooting are you doing? When using 147Gr bullets and loading them short you will need to look out for a bulge in the middle of the case.
  21. Ordered the AMG timer on 7/14/19. I received an email confirming shipping on 9/16/19. Should be here on Thursday 9/19/19
  22. When did you order? Did it take more then 60 days?
  23. The load for my Wilson Combat AR-9 . 115gr blue bullet, 3.4gr N310 @ 1.130 1157fps & 147gr Blue bullet, 2.6gr N310 901fps. The faster powder gives me less felt recoil and less dot movement.
