  1. Left one for 1050 only flairs case. expansion is preformed at station 3 . The right one does both at one time. This is not a change.
  2. And there are 10% off coupons . Also if you ever wish to try wet cleaning you are good to go. I still prefer dry. Its a lot less work.
  3. first click on https://www.dillonprecision.com/kb/ then down its on the right https://www.dillonprecision.com/forum.html
  4. Yes if you put one on each end my 1050 takes up 19/20 inches. The 550 takes up about the same.

    G19 Trigger Work

connector is not installed correctly.( you bent it)
  11. First Ill recommend that you ck all screws /bolts for looseness. Then ck alignment with the Dillon tool. Not sure about Hornady dies but Redding dies have some bevel to help starting a case. RCBS has the least of all the dies I have used.
  12. what you will find is basically bullet profile that the 1911 will feed and a length that will fit into the Glock .At one time I had three different 1911s .#1 would only feed /function wilt round nose ammo loaded to 1.175 ish length . That would not fit in any Glock mag that I have .#2 would feed /function with round nose ammo loaded to 1.150 length .some times this would not work in my glocks but rarely. # 3 worked with all bullet profiles and is very length tolerant. As far as coated bullets go yes they are arguably the most used bullet composition. use the search or better yet just look tear are at least three discussions going on right now.
  13. why I no longer have a FM9 bolt. Any other brand change it at 5-7k rounds.
  14. More information needed. Will the failed rounds fire if you try them a second time?Did you change primer brand and what brand?Do you wet clean your brass? Could ask more questions but start there.
  15. YES in this application a coated bullet would be best and in my opinion a plated bullet would be the worst option. A bullet puller is a great teaching device.
  16. OK first let me say I am not fussing at you just making an observation. You have three threads on interrelated project/question.(almost had four didn't we) The crimp you show above is to much. First its a revolver using moon clips pick a single head stamp to use. Second lets make the ammo as short as we can. That will increase bullet pull in its self. Third lets start over with crimp adjustment.Your initial setting will just barely remove the flair required to start the bullet. Hears the part most miss others do it and don't realize .You have to go in a little past no flair to an actual crimp .The brass springs back a little.(that's part of the single head stamp) Adjust slow .Use multi-able cases and bullets.
  17. if you are asking if then you are being to anal
  18. I find that Google works better than the on sight search https://www.google.com/search?q=9mm+steped+brass&oq=9mm+steped+brass&aqs=chrome..69i57j0.10038j1j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
  19. After 2 and recovering from the 3ed back surgery .I can tell you. Most on this form are not going to read or understand your quest.(9mm pcc has a bone jarring recoil impulse. That can be reduced significantly. First weight is your friend (make the gun heave). This is a double edged sword so to speak.I have tried Taccom , and MBX Systems. Ended up with a BLITZKRIEG system. this onehttps://www.blitzkriegcomponents.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=PCC-5015HDCP and a POF ar10 buffer tube https://www.blitzkriegcomponents.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=POF-BTAT-10 Next don't short stroke the system it makes the recoil sharper. Ammo has a large effect on the recoil impulse. Ill suggest ether A 135 or 147 gr bullet using Sport pistol powder loaded in the 130 to 140 power factor range. Now after you have a load and buffer system in place you can experiment with short stroking but be aware it will be a" sharper " impulse. you will just have to experiment with that your self FYI the MBX system was my next choice on recoil.
  20. At 1500 rounds you should be on your 3ed firing pin spring.
  21. YOU DID NOT LOOK AT ALL DID YOU? .
