  1. Limp wristed but of gun bounces off the table. Have seen it a few times. Stand up shoot free hand tumbling goes away.
  2. The Bullets are not stabilised. Push them faster. Are you using a Lee Factory Crimp Die? Does the gun shoot other bullets / ammo with out doing this?
  3. Is that a Black tip? If so is been 30ish years sence they maide them in that color. Low primer switch only has a year warranty. But they have waranted one for me that was over 10 years old.
  4. Try shooting unsuported . You could be bouncing the Gun off the rest. Thearfor interducing the tumble.
  5. Does your slide have the line up pins or did they just mill it flat?
  6. Dont understand what you are trying to do . Can you explane a little more ?
  7. Have broken two pins . Both broke the very tip off. They had over 30k when this happend. Found that if I change the firing pin spring they last a very long time. Current pin has over 50k and still good to go. Have seen other peoples pins break like yours. PSA's latest pin may be the best out thear to pevent brakeage as you have experanced. Other wise the Willson Combat. FYI before you ask the pin with over 50k is the latest PSA pin.
  8. Ck the bell crank bolt for being to loose /to tight.(13904) Are you Shure the failsafe rod installed correctly?
  9. Blems include discontinued, malformed, cosmetic imperfections, over runs, shall I continue
  10. Dont know what if any issues you may have except poor accuracy. The bullets are blems . This has been discussed.
  11. Were is your brass coming from? IE from this gun or other source. Is this as stated full auto or semi-auto? if semi-auto from same gun you could load one time without full prep (trimming). If range brass or true full auto then recommend some form of prepping before loading.
  12. Another issue that others have that I don't. Wonder why. Don't have the original Dillon stamped wrench any more. After changing from the original die rings 1 1/8 to 1in. My dies don't move. Dies with Redding rings are as tight as I can get them with my bear hand(no tool). Hornady pretty much the same except I use a cut down low torque wrench. For Dillon's 1 in rings I use a Ammo Bot (low torque )wrench. To come up with the 40 to 45inch pound speck. I inserted a Allen socket into the 7/16 end to attach a torque wrench. Then tested just how tight I was tightening the rings. Again I don't have issues with dies coming loose, oal problems, brass sticking to the powder expander ,or any of the other problems others are constantly having. Why?
  13. If you are bending the dillon wrench that is to tight. The tork would be 40 to 45 inch pounds.
  14. FC cases are probly the thinnest brass out their. very soft also .so when seating bullets very short like you are doing. your not into the internal taper as much as other brands.
  15. That is a good useful answer Unlike some of the others.
  16. Most new reloaders are way over thanking . Books are a guide not the definitive answer. You must learn to use the information. Adapt to your components and gun.
