I joined in 1986 and have shot and classified in Open; Limited; L-10; and Production. Would not describe myself as a "hater" I just don't have an interest in shooting my EDC gun with an optic. I shoot primarily in Open because I like the "action" in that division plus I don't need to line up sights;) Since the announcement of CO, it didn't take long for "suggestions" to improve this provisional division to make CO into an "Open Lite" division (add more weight, increase mag capacity). I guess all those stats about EDC guns are showing up more often helped to name this provisional division. If you like it, shoot it. If you don't like it, tolerate it. Don't have to rain on their parade.

Sounds like the rules are written that way to fit the division of "carry" optics better. It will keep out most metal guns with the 33oz limit and also keep the polymer guns from getting too "fat" with the 4oz restrictions. Addressing a potential equipment race.

Aluminum. Like the feel better. Use to use the CP buffs and they held up better than the other plastic/rubber ones.

How does it fit in a kydex holster? The slide looks like it may be wider than a typical slab side slide.

Powder Valley had enough powder that made it worthwhile for me. I'm set for the next couple of seasons:)

The latest issue of Consumer Reports say Infiniti has gone down in their ratings. My wife has a 2009 Acura TL and she likes it. It has had some issues but all were handled under warranty. Mostly minor things like the battery cables and speakers in the front door. Any new car I get now will get the extended warranty because of all the electronics in there. Not so cheap to fix.

I believe more than some members wanted to nationals closer to the east side of the U.S.. Now I just gotta earn a slot to shoot in it.

You may be able to replace the rubber band with the springs from Dillon. The old style powder measure used long coiled springs to get the powder bar to return.

I had the mounting pad of mine milled down so it now sits closer to the slide.

I saw this thread and went to their website and was pleasantly surprised at the updated site. So I just placed an order for 9mm die set and some small spare parts. Won't load for my open gun without it.
