  2. There must be some killer YouTube vids on Dillon 1050s??? I never looked. If you live in Denver I could show you so easy, but explaining is not so easy. Verify the sled moves with no friction manually with the powder unit disconnected. When you do engage the powder assembly to the sled verify the tab that goes into the sled is not too deep and dragging/hitting the base under the sled. If I recall, I think I put a couple washers under the pin that engages the primer slide after I took that ratchet off. Otherwise sometimes that pin would occasionally disconnect from that primer assembly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. Yes dump that ratchet gizmo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. Wet tumbling cleans the insides enough to cause sticking. Some toss cases into media and run for ten minutes. Nothing is perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Does the bolt go inside the brass and apply pressure to the base off the shell, like the swaging station? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. What problems did you guys have to steer you towards this product? Varying depth? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. It is not in plain sight. Do you have any casting imperfection in plain sight or causing problems with operation? If not what do you want Dillon to do?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. Any reason for it to fail QC? Impeding operation? Look we're the defect is, out of sight. My 1050 has a few too. Would yo pay to have a billet 1050?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

  13. ClangClang- Good advice, thanks. I will check out Boulder. I recall a good n store by the high school that had a bunch of CZ rifles too, bonus. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. JommyBob I think you nailed it. Carry a PO-7 with a stiff nylon belt also a stiff leather. I wear 36" and need 35" but almost all manufacturers do not make 35". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Your sizing die need to be screwed down a bit more. Screw to shellplate then a 1/8 to 1/4 turn more. I do this on my dies on my 1050. I am a light crimp guy just enough do I get no setback. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. What Gun? Makes a difference on OAL u can get away with. I favor WSF. IMO WSF is able to work better at the he higher end than TG again IMO. I have run 165s to 1000fps if I had the need. Keep in mind your in dangerous territory with no margin for sloppy reloading. I would not attempt that with TG. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  17. It was virgin. Good point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  18. First IMO toss the Starline. Use Federal. I bought 2k of Starline for 929 a waste of cash for me. Starline were prone to sticking more than most other brand IMO. There are loads for 929 if you search. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  19. Try Alliant Sport Pistol I hear one of the characteristics in the design was to work with coated bullets. W231 3.5grs. With 147fp 1.130 in a Shadow 131pf Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Oh man I just bought the old model yesterday locally. The Dillon web store just list the new model. Grafs has the old one for $140 still. New appears to have a better display. No specs shown. Call Dillon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. What is your finding with other bullet manufacturers you have experience with to compare?
  22. The cut out one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  23. So the P07 barrels same story I imagine?
  24. Think friction. Jacketed highest Lead & Plated Coated lead Least IMO
  25. I use Home Depot 5 gallon buckets for dirty and clean brass.
