Will a 1.5 hopper fit on a 1050? Seems like it would at best br a tight fit due to the shell case hopper.

DEP44 great comment!! That was too obvious, i have good luck with a 45ACP case on mine.

Worst case u lose 4 bucks of primers. No big deal. It is hard to describe here goes. At the back of the primer slide u loosen the slide stop and rotate it so if u wanted to you could pull it out the back. Nut before you fo thst you unscrew the slider actuator assembly up so it disengaged from primer slide. Now undo the 2 cap screws that hold the primer tube to the 1050. Now with left hand grab primer tube, with right hand grab the primer slide. Now lift both keeping a tight fit of the slide and tube togeyher so primets do not fall out, and move it to a towel or bowl then seperate the two and primets will drop.

Take off orimer alarm, unscrew knurled nut, pull out tube, the part is that plastic tip, just inspect it....

Let us know what the root cause is when you figure it out.. My money is on tbe plastic tip of tbe primer tube.

Have you pulled the primer tube out and looked at the plastic piece at the base of the tube? If it os worm or damaged it could be the issue.

There is a triangle like piece of polymer, kind of white in color. Between the shellplate by primer slide, is it missing??

After u clean/inspect mold if u still have issues i hear Kroil oil just a touch applied with a qtip then wiped off the 6 bullet areas per some on here say it helps... I have Kroil but never use it. I do use frankford arsenal Drop Out.

Do you use a PID for consistant temp? Do your bullets drop freely just by a quick open?? Your mold had to do this to get jigh production... If not get a jewelers loop 15 bucks on eBay and look for tool marks and use a dremel with jewelers rouge to clean up...

Most lee molds need to be looked at with a loop to find burrs and clean up, then you are good to go. This drops 130 gr. with range lead and about .356. I shoot them in all my 9mm guns and are 2-3" at 25yards Mainly use it in a CZ Target Shadow, Glock with Lone Wolf barrel.

Mainly pump out 9mm and 45acp on a Dillon S1050 for USPSA. From what I could find Hornady recommended just below flush. Saw a few Internet posts stating 5 thousandths below flush.

If it is an Xtreme's issue..... It is best IMO to contact manufacturer then post with outcome versus trashing a manufacturer on a forum. More 165s for me☺
