  1. xtreme 147-4.0 wsf works well in my ar15 in 9mm.
  2. Zero 147 JHP, 4.0 grains of WSF, CCI primer is my favorite minor load in several guns. If you prefer 124's. Precision Delta 124 JHP, 5.0 grains of WSF, CCI primer.
  3. I have been using WST for well over ten years. Sounds like you may have a static problem vs a powder problem. wiping the measure down with bounce sheets helps, grounding and dehumidifiers all help. I keep a humidistat on the outside of my safe to insure I keep the room dry. Quick question-does your reloading area have carpet? I started using anti-fatigue mats and noticed a lot less static. Hope this helps.
  4. Try SnS coated for the bullets you seek. Sorry about the shooting club. I once belonged to a very nice shooting range that became run by a bunch of liberal minded idiots. They were told they could get a better insurance rate if they ran a background check on the existing members, ( many of whom were Law enforcement and well esteemed members of the community-read doctors and lawyers). In an open meeting the same board members asking for background checks became indignant when asked if they would publish their background checks as an act of good faith....At that point I left a nice range in my rear view mirror.
  5. Depends on the bullet. I have loaded Zero JHP to 1.125 and Bayou 147 FP to 1.13. Are you familiar with the plunk test?
  6. Zero makes great bullets. If you dont see what you need on the web site, call the nice ladies and tell them what you need. They can let you know when the next production run of your favorite bullet will be and take a pre-order.
  7. Two 147 bullets that seem to work well in my Glocks: Zero 147 JHP Precision Delta-147FMJ-TC Either bullet loaded ahead of 4.0 grains of WSF, COAL of 1.10, and CCI primers do well in everything from my 43 to my 17L.
  8. Try the precison delta 124 JHP. This bullet loaded ahead of WSF is magic.
  9. web site is dated...and highly suspect. If someone advertises with a web site over 2 years old ....what does that tell you? A poor broke college student could do better... Call me biased and an old stick in the mud. You can have a Glock; warts and all that eats everything and has a decent trigger. Or you can chase a 1911 want to be trigger that will only function with federal primers and fail the drop safe test. Show me the man who creates a less than 3# pound trigger that works with anything I stuff in the gun ( Wolf ammo, surplus SMG ammo, etc..) and keeps every factory safety 100 operational. Wallet standing by for quite a few years now... You can't put a saddle on a unicorn and ride it in the rodeo.
  10. I believe a shorter COAL will serve you well. Try 1.1 and see if your problems go away.
  11. is you connector a Glock OEM part or an aftermarket part?
  12. I shoot SNS coated 180 NL FP in my Glocks. 3.8 of WST makes a great minor load that burns clean and is accurate.
  13. I gave found using one shot case lube improves the consistency in both my 550 and 1050. Also using a Redding competition seating die helped as well.
  14. 148 wc can be loaded lighter than others and still deliver stellar accuracy. SNS makes a coated .38 WC that is a joy to shoot. Very little smoke....gun, press, hands all stay clean. 3.0 of 231 make for a mild target load that has stood the test of time. This is very accurate in every .38 I own from airweight j frames to k frame with 8 3/8 barrels. Hope this helps
  15. First place I would check prior to purchasing a new barrel is the locking block. Google it and do some reading on 34's that shoot one side or the other and have accuracy issues. If you have another Glock that you can try your 34 top end on or substitute another locking block your problems may be solved quite easily. I had an armorer at a GSSF match recently look at my 34 that was shooting as well as my other Glocks. He immediately replaced the locking block and said if that did not fix it , Glock would replace my barrel.
  16. I had a small herd of these in the closet back from the last component shortage. So I decided to start loading them in my .40 minor loads. The targets and steel plates can not tell any difference. I always use magnum primers in my .38 special loads.
  17. WSF works well for me. A whisker slower than 231. Burn rate close to Unique..meters perfectly. Works equally well with lead and jacketed bullets
  18. I load the PD 124 with 5.0 of WSF. Mild, accurate and works great in My AR15-9mm. I prefer the 147 FMJ with 4.0 grains of WSF. Milder, still accurate at 100 yards and does a great job on the job.
  19. You asked to duplicate NATO loads. Powerpistol was used for Nato loading in 9mm. Yes it is loud and does have muzzle flash but it delivers accuracy and velocity at reasonable pressure. However if I had to load rounds to fire with a less than perfect grip on my Glocks, I would choose Powerpistol because I know it work cycle the action in the most adverse circumstances. My first choice would be Ramshot Silhouette. Low flash, great performance specs for NATO spec loads, meters very well.
  20. Using SNS no groove 180 FP in .40. Very pleased with this bullet. Groups on target are excellent. Bullet leaves no debris on the Dillon while loading. Believe they offer a discount code when ordering on case level.

    Gen 3 or Gen 4

I have Gen 3 and Gen 4's. In my limited experience I have yet to see a Gen 4 trigger equal to a Gen 3. I prefer the RTF Gen 3 frame to all others. When you are out in the sun, the RTF will not twist in your hand.
  22. My Collection has changed a lot over the past few years. Some where along the line, I ended up with a small herd of Federal Small Rifle Match primers. I dont own a .223 bolt gun any longer and have no plans to buy one. Are Federal Small Rifle primers ok to use in my AR's? OR should I use them in my 9mm pistols.
  23. 147 PD FMJ-4.0 grains of WSF. Makes a mild, accurate enjoyable carbine load.
  24. I tried several loads looking for something light in my glock 22. Settled on 3.8 grains of WST with the SNS 180 no groove bullet.
