It appears to be the standards, fixed time, no HF, points shot are your stage points. But I am in VA and things could look different in IL. I doubt it will be tossed Jim. I believe it's a par time course and many people tie when it's "points" and not "time scored". j1b Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 Here's a lesson you read about everyday in these forums but I think is neat to see in reality. Rob won one stage, had one miss, and won the match. BTW - it was a small stage Mike won one stage, had one miss, and was second. BTW - it was a small stage 3rd place won 4 stages. Had 3 misses. In this instance Taran placed third, but it could be anyone. We've all been there. Ideally I like to have both - win stages and matches. But truth be told if I could go the road of Rob - not win a ton of stages but not throw any out either - and win 15 SS matches in a row . . . seems like a good compromise to me.
