For a division that no one seems to want, there seems to be a lot of big names shooting L10 at this match. ;)

That's because L10 isn't competing head to head with Limited and Production.

If this were the Lim/L10/Production Nationals, the L10 field would shrink because most of those "big name" shooters would be in Limited.

Don't get me wrong.

I love L10 and want it to stick around but it's the format that's pulling in the big dawgs.

Whatever the reason, having so many top shooters duke it out makes this a really interesting match.

I can't wait to see how it plays out.

I'm pulling for Manny.

He lost the Limited National to Leatham by a whisker in '05 and that had to be heartbreaking.

I'd like to see him pull this one out.

Tls

Jessie Abbate is shooting good right now. She just won High ladies Limited 10 at the Georgia State match this past weekend and beat Julie. And she was 4th over all in limited 10 at the Miss Classic.

I saw Rob Leathem and Dave Sevigny chatting it up before the match started. Each squad only shot three stages today and I haven't seen any results yet. Tomorrow squads shoot 6 stages either AM or PM, same on Friday and then three in the AM saturday.

Squad 20 is a lot of fun ;) Beautiful range - the backdrop is just amazing. The stages are challenging and entertaining. Heading off to bed for an early start tomorrow ;)

Stage 10 looks pretty tough as it has side by side double swingers with steel no-shoots in front of them, without having shot it it looks like its really hard to shoot both swingers without waiting on one of them.

Looks like Robbie found a way and the others didn't. :)

Stage 10 is a lot of luck. It's 16 rounds with 4 steel, two fast clam shell targets, and 4 swingers with what I hope is hard cover and not a no shoot as listed above. If you catch the timing your superman. Looks like Dave almost got it but ate 2 mikes and still was in 6th on the stage. Not that Robbie isn't good but that stage is gonna come down to someone hanging it out and connecting.

We shot this one yesterday and *believed* that the swingers were going to set the time, guess we were wrong :) They were there right away, my issue was shooting around the steel hard cover!

Steel no-shoots....in the shape of an IPSC target? I didn't think that was legal.

Shootergrrl just stated that they were hardcover (in match reality).

I just melded the whole, grey in the beard, 500# gorilla, and ok, Robbie's physique into one RESPECTFUL movie headline.

I'd be happy for several of the guys to win, but I GOTTA cheer for the silver back to win again and start a new reign of terror. He's done it at least two other times, spanning 20+ years (!) and when I bumped into him after his INCREDIBLE LIM NATS streak ended on a mental error last year, he was none too happy, and CLEARLY still had the fire.

VIVA LA TGO!!!!
