bigdawgbeav
@brian: That is awesome. I'm not a revo shooter yet, but I'm looking into it. I think I need to make something like that myself. I just need for it tio fit the dimensions of my bag. Was it easy to make?
Tampa-XD45
Here's another low tech stand-alone solution that holds 28 moon clips:
Toolguy
That's a cool moonclip holder! It looks pretty easy to make. Now you've got me curios though - What is the Tampax d45 thing about? Edited September 10, 2014 by Toolguy

My bguess is that he lives in or near Tampa Florida and shoots an XD45.
Tampa-XD45
RePete is correct. I was joining a (different) forum and had to come up with a username - I happened to have an XD45 on my workbench at the time. I never noticed the Tampax part until the CZforum denied my signup cuz "Tampax" is a prohibited word within their forum software. I'll change my username on benos someday. I think you need a certain number of posts before you can change.
PatJones
I neatly stack my moons in a 30 caliber ammo can.
Round_Gun_Shooter
Still my favorite. Just gave it to Kimmie since she is shooting revolver now and I am not shooting. To stack moon clips, I have used 1/2" OD brass toilet water supply tubes. They have a flat bast and are 12" long. To add a piece of wood and holes for a Shooter's Connection insert bag would be easy but I always had a wheeled fishing cart and my moons fit perfect in the rod holders. varminter22
A friend made this for me. Works quite well. A fifty cal ammo can with two trays and lots of room in the bottom (under the trays.) The first tray sits on rails and the top tray rests on the tray below it. Jim Watson
I use tackle boxes, too. But one of our guys is a pharmacist and he uses large pill bottles that will hold four or more clips stacked. Several of those thrown into the usual nylon range bag and he is ready to go. surgdog
I bought this bag at Lowe's for 14-16 bucks and made an insert like Brian above with a wood base and wooden dowels--18 dowels that I can stack loaded 38 super moon clips two deep. This also has inside pockets that I slightly modified to hold all my tools and extra parts. Outside pockets can hold extra moonclips and other paraphernalia we all tend to have. Inside there is room to fold up a brass bag so that everything is together. This gives me 36 loaded moonclips which is usually enough for most matches but if not everything is together to reload. This bag and a few extra rounds in a bag and I'm ready to go. Just wish I shot as well as I prepare:)
thermobollocks
A Plano dry-box holds just about enough for a USPSA match. The old ones go in a mesh bag.
cuzinvinny
Another low tech solution. It is a plastic jar from some sort of a dietary supplement. Holds 7 loaded 38 special moon clips (8 rounds) per layer, stacks 4 layers high. Fits into the range bag with room to spare.
johnmac
I like these, 3 cup rubbermaid...hold 14 moonclips (14x8 = 112 rounds of .38) or (14x6 = 84 rounds of .45), $2.89 each at Target: http://ace.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pACE3-5050511enh-z7.jpg
