twister
Has anyone tried one of these yet? Just saw them on Para's web site, and thought it looked pretty nice. If anyone has bought one,or handled one, please let me know. Thanks,Dave..
ParaGunner
Looks awesome! I've heard great things about the quality from Para since TT is working there.
Marv Z
Travis replied to a post from me on the 1911 forum and said they are totally redesigning the mags for the 40/9mm and it will be a couple months yet. I'm undecided between the 45 or the 40!!!! The 45's are available now.
wes777
My buddy has the last model. Definitely wait until you can get this new one. Dont pay twice for parts.
Marv Z
Check this one out, http://www.para-usa.com/2013/-/uploads/96724_Tomasie_Custom_SpecSheet.pdf. The suggested retail price is almost right at what I paid for my Dawson CRP Eagle. Looks like a great deal
twister
That is a nice looking gun. Wonder what the price will be?
Marv Z
MSRP is $1999, my guess is street price will be around $1799. Not a bad deal if it runs as good as it looks. My new 14-45 Limited runs great and is a late production, so I'm hoping for good things here.
mpolans
I wish they used an Ed Brown style beaver tail, but it looks pretty nice.

Frankl03
The Pro Custom 45 is at Buds for $1224. Looks like a great gun. I will seriously look at the .40 version
JGus
Travis Tomasie just won the Area 6 Limited div championship using this gun. Of course I'm sure it has been tuned and modified per his specs. But a great way to promote the gun! http://www.shootingwire.com/story/286379
2011WRBSTI
HHMMM Looking good....wonder what the avaiability will be in todays market
JGus
At one time I had a Para P16-40 Limited. Had some questions about it that I posted on another forum. Travis Tomasie responded to my inquiries, and he even started a PM conversation with me regarding my other questions. I was really impressed by that. With Travis input the last few years with the new builds with Para and his involvement with customer service, I would have no issues buying Para's new guns. On grabagun.com website, they have the Para USA Pro Custom 16-40 listed for $1217.86. They have the Para USA Tomasie Custom 16-40 listed for $1677.50. There is not a picture or a description given with either gun on the website, so I couldn't tell you what the difference is between the two. And both guns were out of stock, as was just about any other brand and model of gun. Edited April 30, 2013 by JGus
2011WRBSTI
Guess the price point could be worse but with no descriptions its hard to say if its a good deal or not...hopefully when / if they are in stock sometime soon there will be more detailed information available
McGlock
We played with them at shot show! The new pro com 40 looks great! Most of their guns look ionbonded this year! Ive shot the 16-40 and it seems to be a good gun. Good feel to it Check out the gun here

gearguywb
Both the SS and the wide body gun seem like excellent values. Wonder when they will be available?
GeraldMeharry
I read any time now. Waiting for their mags to function 100%
blairmckenzie1
I wish this was available when I got mine. I've put way more money into my Para than that would be even if its $1999.
Jaxshooter
Does it come in stainless or just the black Ionbond finish?
OperationHitFactor
Anyone heard any updates or have a release date on the Pro Custom 16-40 or Tomasie Custom?
ClintDismore
I was wondering the same thing on availability. Went ahead and bought a limited pistol but I'm eager to hear how these are
Gooldylocks
I really am thinking that maybe one of these will be my first real competition gun. Has anyone picked up new info in the past month on release dates? I have seen the 14.45 Pro Customs all over the interwebs for about $1100. I had been looking at an XDm, but by the time you put all the money into it to make it Limited ready, maybe it is just better to get one of these. Question to owners of the 45's...... How are the triggers on these? Would you still get a trigger job on it or will it do the job?
ryan45kim
Does anyone know if the new models Para is producing are 70 or 80 series? Thanks, Ryan
