  1. Generally you’ll get a tracking # that’ll let you know when they’ll arrive. I just got some stuff from PV that said adult signature required but when it showed up my driver said he didn’t need it or it wasn’t required. You need to get to know your driver better.
  2. @Squirrel45 Here’s some flat smackers that should work in your Bee. They shoot good in my Hornet. Cheap too! https://www.midwayusa.com/product/101093480?pid=196704
  3. Should be much cleaner all the way around.
  4. My 243 is a 15” Encore. It doesn’t like anything over 80 grain bullets but up to that the 414 works good. Anything heavier I would switch to IMR 4831. They still weren’t the most accurate but somewhat better. Thought about getting a 1:7 twist bbl for it.
  5. 414 is one of the most accurate powders I use in my 243 with under 80g bullets. Also good in 270 and is the same as WW760. Maybe you didn’t push it hard enough.
  6. I’ve tried BE86 with mixed results with accuracy. Silhouette gave the best accuracy and good vel but can get a little dirty with light loads. Not bad just a little cornmeal flakes.
  7. You should know that we expect a field test an a follow up.
  8. Over the years I’ve found that sending guns back to the factory from about the middle of November to the middle of January is a crapshoot. Holidays coming up and you don’t know what you’ll get back. Just my 2 cents. Glad you got yours back in a decent amount of time.
  9. The only new WW I’ve tried are the match ones and they seated and fired like the old non plated ones, but my guns fire everything. They don’t slide on the primer flipper worth a darn though.
  10. You may not lose accuracy beings they are soft lead and the hollow base should obturate to help fill the bore. Will be interesting to see.
  11. I still have my original RCBS one from the 80’s and am amazed how it’s held up. I quit using that phoney collet and just use a shell holder. Only problem is that the really tough ones kinda get the rim buggered up.
  12. That’s interesting, maybe it has to be straight away and not at an angle, or possibly it has a report microphone in it that triggers it from your firearm. Pretty cool little unit either way. Garmin should be able to figure it out being’s they make guidance and radar systems.
  13. Were they sized properly? Was it just certain brands of brass or random brands? You must have tight cyl chambers because I don’t think I’ve ever had a 38 not chamber a bulged round with std .357” bullets.
  14. Thank you for that starting point. I have a pile of 115 plated that I was going to try SP on. Been using 3.2 e3 with good results too. Super soft and accurate.
  15. Two months gone by now and my local Sportsman still had that 8#er sitting on the shelf looking sooo lonely so I gave it a new home.
  16. A XD Service 45 was my first poly gun. Grip angle is right for me and point-ability is spot on. Never had any functional problems that weren’t my fault. The 200 SWC problem is basically when the rim of the fired round comes back and catches the mouth of the next round in the magazine. My P90 Ruger was really bad for that and would actually peel the brass back. Proper seating of the SWC’s pretty much cured that and I haven’t had that problem with the XD. Seating them out so there’s a little more shoulder exposed seems to help. The XDM has a bump on the underside of the slide that helps hold the round in the mag down for clearance. There’s lots of XD bashing online but most of it is BS or from people that are just idiots. All of mine are very accurate and have been very dependable.
  17. Yeh when I posted that the price was less but now has popped back up. It was posted more for the free hazmat.
  18. Like Joe said, if there’s a bit of straight section that you can get ahold of it should pull it. On coated bullets it may leave some marks but I’ve never seen it be a problem re-using them. Could always use them for practice if you feel uneasy about them.
  19. Looks perfect! The shiny ring on your brass could be caused by the die’s being new or a slightly different crimp angle on the die. I have noticed this between my Lee and Redding die also.
  20. Seems like it happens every time. Wait to gather up everything you need for an order, place the order and the very next morning you get a FREE SHIPPING or 25% off email from the very place you just ordered from! So you contact them and ask about the deal and you get the, “we’re sorry but we can’t honor that because that’s the way the website is set up.” You’ll have to cancel and then re-order but by that time we’ll probably be out of stock.
  21. I’m no expert but I would think it should get better over time. You have a good attitude and have many things to look forward to so that should help. We’re all rooting for you too!
  22. Watching the video made me wonder how wide the pickup range was on the Garmin. Don’t know if it could happen but if at a range with other shooters next to you could it pick up their shots too?
  23. You sure they did another update, or was it that you got yours re-installed properly without any corruption? Mine seems to work the same like it did after the upgrade.
