I been using Henning grips the last 6 months but recently switched to SSI 2.0. I'm looking for another set for my backup now also and will probably sell my henning pair.

They aren't aggressive at all and didn't care for them on my gold team.

Does the springer adapter plate make the optic sit higher then compared to a romeo 1 mounted?

On the springer pads, make sure to back the screw out enough so the pad doesn't move. If you don't and there is movement, it will damage the screw.

I aim where my poi is behind fiber. I've been using a .160H front but I had to have the rear sight cranked up quite a bit (Roughly 35 clicks). Recently switched to a .150H and was able to move the rear down some but it was still 21 clicks from the very bottom. I tempted to try .140H now.

Is this having your rear sight all the way down?

My 1050 with Mark 7 will drop powder in a .380 case but it won't drop a bullet from the MBF.

I'm currently run Henning grips and just got some SSI 2.0 to try last night in dry fire. My first impression is that I don't feel it's that different from Henning. The grip ergo is slightly different as my weak hand is closer and touching the thumb safety whereas it didn't touch with the Henning.

What was the FTF issue? Was it not feeding well due to feed ramp or not able to chamber completely? The odds of the oal of the rounds being to long is high since tanfo barrel are inconsistent. Most likely need to load shorter or have barrel reamed.

If you are a high volume shooter, I don't think N320 runs any cooler. Do a couple bill drills and the gun gets hot fast. It certainly does run a lot cleaner. I am lazy when it comes to cleaning so I definitely noticed it can go longer without cleaning compared to other powders.

I threw a handful of blue bullets in a tumbler once to see what would happen. It was lighter in color but coating looked fine. I use to tumble finished ammo since I did use lanolin mix as my lube but have switched to another lube and no longer need to tumble.
