    It would be either a miss or a range equipment failure depending on how rules 4.1.4. and 9.1.6 affect the situation.

    My carbine has a barrel with about 7" of rifiling and 3" of comp. I use 115 gr bullets running about 1200 fps. D032 requires about 0.5 grain more than N320 for the same velocity. The comp seems more effective than with N320.

    That was what I thought also. The handgun rules had restrictions as did the shotgun anti-suicide bomber rules. Rifle had none!
