    P226 Cycle Speed

I'm running a 13lb recoil spring in mine if that helps. I think I have a Gray guns guide rod.

    P226 Cycle Speed

drills yesterday usual splits for me. .16-18 with a 226 elite same same. I can go faster but A's go away. Only prescription is more practice. When I do splits go down alphas stay.
  3. Seems as though none of these answer the question! Just a thought.
  4. Consistent movement is great, mostly dependent on your grip/form. When the dot is super imposed on the A zone "TRIGGER"
  5. I find that in slow fire practice/shooting the softer shooting stuff feels great i.e. the heavier bullets at lower velocities. BUT Doing drills with the purpose of only counting runs with all A's. So I know I'm controlling the gun/sights/dot etc properly and not just hosing! I shoot the light bullets or heavy bullets loaded to the same basic PF the same on the timer. Based on that I'm shooting what ever load is the most accurate or feeds best in the pistol. Then just get used to the pistol/load combo and shoot instead of chasing the panacea load. My open guns I load them until the dot stabilizes the best (my guns its about 174-176 PF)
  6. I believe the weight limit for SS is 43ozs. Mine has a Wilson ambi But I saved weight with grips, aluminum msh, GI guide rod etc to make weight.
  7. Sti tubes Tti or grams guts Tti or Dawson bases Both or any combo gives me 20 reloadable
  8. Sti tubes Tti or grams guts Tti or Dawson bases Both or any combo gives me 20 reloadable

  10. 320 come in 40 Not sure if the x5 is available in 40 yet
  11. Sig 320 or x5 used Seems to be competitive for the money
  12. Okon warranty info I've bought 4 bbl, frame and slide kits and have been 100% pleased. Never had to use any warranty.

    P320 X5 Thread

On the clock i shoot my Rx and X5 with Romeo 1 the same. But really like the sil carb grip I did on the x5.
  15. Bladetech or Comptech holster Not a fan of the RHT holsters both I've had the guns rocked in the holster (i.e not due to the attachment, poor fitment of holster to gun) On some type of brkt (boss type for adjustment) I like CR speed pouches with the 1911 insert because they keep a mags a little bit away from my body (overweight) Good belt, DAA, CR speed, Shooter Connection belts are great for the price. Practice, dryfire, live fire, repeat

    320 mags in X5?

He asked about it without the magwell for production.
  19. Sv gen 1 for matches Sti gen 1 with SS spacers for local and practice Grams or tti guts Dawson or tti bases All mags run with out problems Did have problems with mbx and didn't get any CS from them. I know I'm in the minority with that but not willing to put up with that from them.
  20. Mine run172-177 depending on the gun. An old Colt run 177 the rest around 172 with 3.9 clays,230 GR bayou at1.250

    320 mags in X5?

Yes you can. You might have to file the top edges of the 10 round base plates at an angle to get clearance into the magwell.. Depends on how old your RX mags are. Not a big deal.
  22. Common to place a rivet just long enough to stop follower at the proper spot. But allow the spring to work correctly and to be able to disassemble. Seen lots of our friends to the north do it
  23. Gogun rests work well. Biggest problem is with holsters.. especially for edc
  24. Supported to sight in and with very deliberate unsupported. Ie slow fire, breath control trigger squeeze etc etc
