What guns have you have bought due to a movie or TV series?? My list...........Out of which I shoot about two.........The rest just sit in the safe. The only one I don't have now is the Sharps. If lived in a class 3 friendly state I'd really be in trouble.

PPK and not a PPK/S (Bond movies)

Garand (name any WW2 movie)

USP 45 from "Collateral"

Standard GI type 1911 (again, name any WW2 movie)

Ohio Ordnance 1918A3 BAR (Saving Private Ryan and Combat)

S&W M-66 2-1/2" barrel "The Gauntlet"

S&W M-29 6-1/2" barrel "Dirty Harry"

M-29 4" barrel "48 Hours"

M-29 8-3/8" "Taxi Driver"

Sig 220 "Heat"

M1A "Blackhawk Down"

Ithaca 37 riot gun and an older Colt Detective Special "L.A. Confidential"

M-4 (with a 16" barrel & semi) "Blackhawk Down" and "Heat"

USP 9mm Compact "Blood Diamond"

Arisaka Type 99 (with mum) again any WW2 movie

Shiloh Sharps 45-110 "Quigley Down Under"

I'm still looking for that glock that I always hear them cocking the hammer on.

It was in the shop where I found the suppressed revolver Clint Eastwood used in... damn mind mind just went blank. If I remember they used a 20mm Orelikon in that movie as well. I'll probably remember the name right after I hit the 'post' button.

I bought a Bren Ten because that's what Sonny had. I'm the guy that bought up all the mags, forcing Sonny to switch to a 4506!

None, but I'd trade a Kidney for a Bren Ten (Miami Vice)

FOR SALE: Bren Ten. $15,000. Will consider trades, if organ-type matches! :)

Seriously, though.. save the incision.... http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=116791218

What was that gun in Harley Davidson & the Marlboro Man ?

BIG GUN! :surprise:

Well, Marlboro used a Desert Eagle, a .44 mag I'd assume.

Harley on the other hand used a .454 Casul. Based on the look and capacity of the revolver I'd assume it was a Ruger Blackhawk conversion.

I don't own either, but wanted both after that movie.

But I'm a sucker for a single action revolver. I don't own a single one. But I will one day. Probably a Freedom Arms .44 mag. Just feels right.
