Inspired by John Heiter and the More Cowbell thread:

I've got three absolute internet favorites.

More Cowbell

Triumph at the Star Wars Opening

and of course...Bubb Rubb Whooo WHOOOOOOOOO!

Name the funniest skits, scenes, pieces, or reality video of all time. I'll go first...

Synchronized Swimmers (SNL)

Bill Cosby's Minuteman vs. Redcoat

Tom Green fellating a cow teat

Buckwheat album (SNL)

The Star Wars Kid

Troops (COPS with Star Wars stormtroopers)

Oregon beached whale explosion

I'm Gumby, Dammit! (SNL)

Welcome to Mr. Robinson's neighborhood... the word for today, boys and girls, is "B***h". Now, if you go up to your mother, and you say the word for the day and she slaps you? You know you said it right! (SNL)

The "That's Pat" skit w/ Christopher Walken (SNL)

Star Wars Auditions (SNL) http://www.devilducky.com/media/31791/

Firemarshal Bill and Homey the Clown sketches (In Living Color)

The whole "reviewing the movie to find the good guys" bit in SpaceBalls. "This is now!" "When?" "Then!"

I'm sure I'll think of others :)

SNL skits from the early years are my faves.

All time great for me is the John Belush/Joe Cocker "Cocker Off". John Belushi was a better Joe Cocker than Joe hisself' ;-)

Joe Cocker & John Belushi performing Feelin' Allright! (40MB Video)

2nd fave was Eddie Murphy doing James Brown's Celebrity Hot Tub Party.

Celebrity Hot Tub Party (20MB Video)

Celebrity Hot Tub Party (Lyrics Web Page)

3rd fave was the Stevie Wonder SNL skit where he endorsed the Canon AE1 camera. Priceless!

Oh yeah, Trunk Monkey. The one where the monkey throws the body off of the bridge. That was so well done I laugh out loud every time I see it.

I have an honorable mention, I will have to find it right quick though. BRB!

edit: found it http://www.tian.cc/OfficeSpaceWars.wmv

Ok, now the memory has been spurred . . .

All time great for me is the John Belush/Joe Cocker "Cocker Off". John Belushi was a better Joe Cocker than Joe hisself' ;-)

Belushi WAS a better Cocker than Cocker . . .

Eddie Murphy on SNL doing prison poetry. Today's recital - "Kill My Landlord."

Another SNL - Jesse Jackson reading "Green Eggs and Ham"

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

- Knights who say "Nee"

- Killer rabbit

- OK, the whole damn movie

Another SNL - Samurai tailor. At the end, Buck Whatshisname says there's no fly in his pants and Belushi raises the Samurai sword just as the skit ends.

All that and the Coneheads, too.

The Oregon beached whale story is kinda close to home: One of the major chunks of the whale landed square on the car belonging to the owner(s) of the local indoor range. The story makes the rounds here on a fairly regular basis and I'll never forget the day I first found out Walt was involved......

The SNL skit with Will Ferrell doing Harry Carey(the one with the hotdog question).

Video "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys

SNL "Bathroom Monkey" skit. ".....monkey hate clean..."

Beavis freaking out anytime he sees the video by the group War.

SNL, Phil Hartman doing Sinatra (the one where he has S. O'connor as a guest).

When R. Dangerfield busts into the teebox and says to Ted Knight "...a thousand bucks you slice into the woods" , Caddyshack.

Oh, and just about anything from the first couple seasons of In Living Color. Mens on film. Hated it!:lol::lol:

Agreed. Any of the "Men On...."

But the "Men On Books" skit where they discussed the plotline of "Moby Dick" ("...that Mr. Moby must be hung like a WHALE!") kills me!

"This is a Glock 40 and I'm the only person in the room qualified to handle it...Kaboom!"

Tim Conway on McHale's Navy,

"Gee, Skipper look at this .45"

McHale: "Put that thing away before you hurt someone!"

"Don't worry Skip, see it's on Safe...Kaboom! Oops, that's Up for Safe...Kaboom!"

I may be showing my age, but in my youth.... Anything that Tim Conway and Harvey Corman (sp) did on the Carol Burnette show just cracked me up. :D

All Tim Conway had to do was walk across the stage...

I saw them a year ago in Austin at UT. Crazy funny!
