Bluemooncricket
I've got my rifle running and now it's time to sight it in. Do you guys zero at 50 and compensate for closer targets? Would a 15 or 25yd zero be more ideal for USPSA and Steel Challenge? Do any of you approach PCC as an opportunity to run a platform that mimics your defense rifle or is it purely for fun? Posvar
20 yards seems fine for any USPSA pistol course. Link to comment
SpaceMan
I started at 15 yards then I decided to go to 25 for my zero. Link to comment
Les Snyder
I like 1" high at 25yd....helps makes up for my tendency to get complacent on close in upper B zone shots... as to mimic my defensive rifle, one thing shooting a PCC at a USPSA match will do is point out the tremendous improvement in hit quality over a pistol... not necessarily as fast on some scenarios, but a lot of shooters are becoming impressed Link to comment
Bob Hostetter
I was sighting mine in at 25 yards but recently decided to sight it in at 100 yards just to see if it made any difference. I have shoot two matches since then and haven't noticed an issue. Link to comment
Flatland Shooter
I need to verify it at the range, but my 9mm PCC is zeroed at 22-1/2 yards, Per Streyloc this will also put 50 yards at zero and 100 yards at down 8". Link to comment
Alvin
Since I'm only shooting pcc matches I sight in for 10 yards. this makes it just a little high at 25 yards. still hits at 100 high also but not shooting at anything past 25 yards or so at the match. Link to comment
brisix
I also zero at 10 yards. For me its the best middle ground for offset for targets seen in a USPSA Match. When I first zero'd at 20 yards the offset for targets 7 yards and closer was way to low. Around 6-8 inches. Not a big deal with wide open targets. Once you start engaging head shots with hard cover or no shoots at the speed. Under that stress I am not going to consistently apply the necessary Kentucky wind-age. Much easier to apply 6-8 inches of Kentucky wind-age to the few 25+ yards targets we see in a match. Link to comment
Bob Hostetter
Sighted in at 100 yards except at the muzzle it never varies over 1" on point of impact vs point of aim. Link to comment

It would be impossible to shoot 6-8" low at 7 yards and hit POA at 20 yards... Link to comment
UFO
I zero'd mine in at 10yds. Results were 1" low at 7yds, 1" high at 15yds 1 1/2" at 20yds. That's more than good enough for USPSA. Link to comment
Alvin
UFO...that's about exactly what I found out after sighting in at 10 yards. Works very well for USPSA. Link to comment
AzShooter
I sight in at 15 yards. My range doesn't have a 20 yard line. After getting my sight set at 15 I check my 25 yarder and I can hit all As with the same sight setting. I'm just low at 10 yards bu easily compensated for. Link to comment
eddiegunks
I use my mpx. My 115 are traveling at 1400+ fps. (I use load data right off of the titegroup can) zero at 25. (It is a 25,100 zero) obviously it will be low at 10 but i am used to that with the ar. Holding top of a 10 yd plate always works for me. Link to comment

Mulligan03
Just zeroed my mro at 10 yards after reading some comments on here and think I am gonna like it.. shoots little high at 25 and about 1 inch low at like 3 to 5 yards. Link to comment
resortboarder
I prefer zero'd at 25yds or a tolerance of +0/-2" for most targets and stages. I'm not worried about compensating for being ~1" high if there's a target 50-90yds. Seems to work well so far. Edited January 3, 2017 by resortboarder Link to comment
Hoosiershooter
I zeroed at 15. For the local matches that's more than fine. I'm about 3" high at 50 for bay style 3 gun.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
Aircooled6racer
Hello: I zero it at 18 yards just like my open pistol. I know where it hits at 25 yard head shots and 120 yard shots. I am using a C-More railway with a 6MOA dot. I may try a 4 MOA dot next. Thanks, Eric Link to comment
al23
I zero at 25 yards because that all I have access to, worked great so far for indoor uspsa matches Link to comment
wiselder
don't guess ... get the data http://www.federalpremium.com/Ballistics_Calculator/ for me personally ..... 25yds Link to comment
compshootfl
The ballistics listed on their chart is for a 4" barrel length...just sayin' Link to comment
barrysuperhawk
the Range I zeroed at has a convenient 15 yard line, so thats where I zeroed. I just remember than any long shots are 6 oclock hold... Link to comment
wiselder
velocity is velocity ... don't worry about barrel length Link to comment
