shinne
I'm wondering if anybody knows a good source for some 8 rounders. I just want 3 of them. There doesn't seem to be much of a good deal on them. I found some at Oak Hill Gun for $32 but the shipping is $5 per magazine!
mach1soldier
Good luck. Not much difference in price I found.
racknrider
I've always just bought mine straight from Tripp.
BASE772
I do like the Trips over the Wilsom ETM's. Might try Dawson Precision.
IATURNKEY
Oak Hill has the best price that I could find. Although, they still don't have any 9mm Tripp mags in yet.
IATURNKEY
Also, it is $5.00 per order of mags, scopes, parts, etc. and not $5.00 per magazine.
andrewtac
Tripp has a discount for more than 5. Dawson is cheaper with a mil discount.
shinne
No it's $5 per mag. I went to the online shop and when I go to check out it's $25 for shipping. Check it out yourself on their site.
OPENB
I think Brownells carries the 45 Tripps. See if you can find a coupon code.
mike4045
I get mine direct from Tripp.
CHARLES D
Just call Virgil or Arron and ask about the shipping charge. 5 bucks a mag to ship doesn't seem right when they will go in the same box to ship?
fishsticks
Dawson Precision is the cheapest I can find for that quantity. 3 x $34.45 = $103.35 shipping = $12.
StraightSh00ter
Try Gunbroker.com. I bought 3 9mm Tripp Cobra mags from Oak Hill on Gunbroker with combined shipping. Their actual website said they were out of stock. I used the mags today and didn't really have any issues. I noticed they are a little tight to load with a barney in the chamber, but they worked. I'm really new at this so it could have been operator error. Edited July 26, 2015 by StraightSh00ter
sporter
Botach and use the "make offer" method. I was able to score 7 9mm 10's for $33 a piece shipped.
Steve RA
StraightShooter: Load the mags up and let sit for a week or so, springs will loosen up a little and make them easier to operate.
twodownzero
Get a bunch of your friends together and do a group buy. I did one a few years ago for another forum and by the time it was all over with, I sold something like $5k worth of mags and we were able to save a boatload of money. I kept some for myself and all I use are Tripp mags now. I'd be willing to do the packing and shipping of them if someone else would collect the $$$, but it'd have to be at least 100 magazines to be worth it. ambluemax
Tripp has pretty tight control of their pricing. What you see is pretty much what you are going to have to pay.
shinne
I just bought them from GunBroker. Came from Oak hill guns also. I just don't understand their customer service, call them and ask them if I could save on shipping and all I get is "That's the price for shipping". I got what I wanted from them so /rant over
