The_Vigilante
I understand it will be the single stack 9mm M&P-could be wrong tho
rentcollector
That would make sense. Something thing to compete with the LC9 and such. Can't wait to find out! :-)
Huck-LEI
Crap, my computer at work won't play the video. I will have to wait until I get home. I sure hope it is a SS M&P 9.
MarkCO
Crap, my computer at work won't play the video. I will have to wait until I get home. I sure hope it is a SS M&P 9. The video is not much. It could be anything with that promo. I'm guessing a multi-tool with an LED light, Pepper spray and remote detonator.

I after the video I am going to go with......a Shield waiting to release it at the NRA show instead of SHOT Show would lead me to believe the ss 9 M&P, because the release of the Springfield ss 45XDs would have overshadowed at 9mm. dkindig
Would love something in a BG380 format but 9mm caliber...
MGMorden
With that ad its almost surely something made for concealed carry. They showed the M&P logo which makes me think an autoloader, so I'm guessing a single-stack 9mm since those seem to be in style right now.
MarkCO
They also have handcuffs with the M&P designation. Heck, they have handcuffs with "Shield" in the name too.

rtr
Just read somewhere that it might be a single stack. That would be cool.
JFlowers
Rumors are 3" in .40 on a narrow single stack frame, rumors are also swirling about a 627 in 9mm. Edited April 9, 2012 by JFlowers
highxj
It's a single stack 9 with a manual safety.

The price will greatly determine my desire to buy another poly gun.

I like S&W, but right now there are a lot of of good, solid options for this type of gun in the $325-375 price range. If they break $400 I personally couldn't justify it versus something like a Kahr CW9 or the new Bersa single stack poly guns.
retarmyaviator
S&W cannot keep up with the backorders they have with their current production, why introduce something else dealers cannot stock?
strangedays
It will end up being some pointless thing used to kill zombies. Lets hope not but with all the zombie stuff being marketed it wouldn't surprise me
