  1. Atlanta arms might be a better choice for you if you don't reload. I believe they have some heavier bullets that are tuned for USPSA minor pf.
  2. 9 is cheaper to buy and reload. But 9 kinda of sucks past 50-75 yards. I guess it depends on how you plan to use it.
  3. I was told the same by Dawson when I asked.
  4. If you have 40 cal mags there is a solution that I have used. Buy the 9mm 10rd mag base and install them on your 40 cal mags. They are longer and clear the magwell. I'll try to get pics in the morning if I can find my mags (I recently moved and all my stuff is packed up).
  5. They are too square for me. I prefer a stock that gets shorter by the bottom of the butt pad.
  6. Please stop trying to change production.
  7. I don't. But 9mm is hard to size and I've considered doing it many times. 40,45 and 38 size like butter compared to 9.
  8. They generally do pop out of the shell plate on a 650. I did have one make it through and caught it when inspecting the rounds. Never fired one.
  9. Just an update, since this post I got 3 recall notices. One for frame rot asking me to bring it in for rust preventive to be applied to key areas. One for seatbelt tensioners needing to be secured. One for a broken leaf spring possibly puncturing my gas tank, parts for repair pending. Not joking...
  10. I have an 06. It's had too many recalls and issues to really keep track of and that has tainted my opinion of the truck. I wouldn't buy another. Your buying an 9 year newer truck so you shouldn't have the issues I had. Probably the biggest thing to be aware of is road noise and ride quality. If you have ever driven a full size American truck it is going to take a lot of getting used to. You are also buying a near end of life model. There will soon be a new generation truck out so make sure that you don't mind that. I would personally check out the new Colorado/Cannon truck before buying the Toyota.
  11. Congrats. Buying nice tools is always enjoyable.
  12. On a car forum I frequent a person needed to build up an large area for a garage. He contacted his county highway department and had truck load after truck load of fill delivered for free. Since they normally pay to dump it they both made out. You'd likely need other cleaner materal to face the fill with, but it's worth checking.
  13. I have an 06 Tacoma. It's had more issues than any American car I have ever owned. Steer clear.
  14. I use 30cal cans as well. 300rds go into a labeled bag then into the can.
  15. Information Technology professional. Server, network support, etc...
  16. I could never get 147's right in my M&P. but the 124 & 135's work well.
  17. There are enough real matches around to occupy my time and budget limits. I personally have no interest in shooting air soft when I can shoot a real match. If I lived in an area that only had one real match a month, I would probably have interest.
  18. One 650. I just don't think the caliber conversion process is a big deal. I even bought separate primer system for it because I was led to believe the caliber conversion was a big deal and it would save time. It was a total waste of money. I only use it because I paid for it already.
  19. I bought the PC, only because I personally preferred the looks. I don't think there is any other reason to choose one over the other. If your buying it to shoot USPSA, don't. The rule changes have made it mandatory to buy an 8 shot minor revolver.
