  1. It may break in with use. I had the same issue with holsters and my sharp edged Tanfo. It would eventually carve it's way into a good fit.

    DK Triggers?

It took a few days but he did eventually get back to me. As for my recent orders though they both arived within the lead time posted on his website.
  3. Does the G27 have a dot connector as well? In my experience that combined with the more rigid grooved trigger make for a very clean and crisp trigger.
  4. Not a Dawson but this worked perfectly with my stainless Zev. The pin had plenty of clearance but I ended up notching the brass insert as well to keep the top round from catching the now exposed edge.
  5. I have had both and I prefer the adjustables. It nice to loctite them down once and dial them in as needed.
  6. Reloads but shot factory for the first year. I ended up liking how it felt with a 13lb Ismi and now 14lb Wolff. We're kinda drifting off topic so I would do a search and you will find plenty of good info.
  7. I would recommend going with a Jager made specifically for a gen 4 with the captured adapter. I have had them both for flat wire and now the heavy Wolff spring only types. Much easier to install and has the proper sized base.
  8. I have run the TTI kit in 3 guns and found them to be the best connector/spring kit out there though I chose to leave the TRS stock. I would say his striker spring was equivalent to a Wolff 4.5lb. With that spring haven't needed an aftermarket striker with Win primers.
  9. Between adding some 1oz. Dawson base pads and keeping them clean I have eleminated this issue. I use Hornady Gun Cleaner on a micro fiber towel. It's is non-tacky so it doesn't attract dirt.
  10. I really liked my Razor 6 moa but no matter what I did ejecting brass would hit it. The Venom looks to sit lower and farther back with the MOS system. It comes in both 3/6 moa and has a top loading battery.
  11. For those who have run this setup for while now. Any issues with the block or sight coming loose?
  12. After talking to S3F I ordered the Jager heavy rod and can confirm that it works perfectly with their barrel.
  13. I heard back from NROI today that it's legal for CO.
  14. Is the pic on the left with the iron sight in front of the optic legal for CO?
  15. Is anyone running an S3F in a Gen 4? I would like to order a Jager captured guide rod and need to know if the lug is cut for the the larger diameter Gen 4 rod.
  16. I almost learned this the hard way when my spring broke on the second to last round of live fire practice 2 days before the match.
  17. Degrease and apply blue loctite.
  18. The PD trigger spring tension stayed very consistent after it initially took set right up until it just broke. It lasted well into the end of the recommended service life at around 8000 trigger pulls.
  19. I only had issues with a 6lb spring when paired with a 4lb striker. I didn't much care for the feel anyway so I replaced it with a TTI that seems to work perfectly and falls somewhere in between stock and 6lb. I eventually installed a Production legal trigger that removed pre-travel eliminating reset issues regardless of spring combo.
  20. I believe your answer is in the question. I had similar issues and decided to remove it for the time being. For now I just load ammo and shoot.
  21. Yes the bottom of my fingers makes contact as the guard starts to rise up into the grip. I didn't get pinched the few times I've shot one but just that and dry-firing it a couple times was enough to know it would annoy me.
  22. I would have picked up a P09 this year if it wasn't for the fact my trigger finger drags on the guard at the very end of it's travel. I'm curious to see if an original P07 curved trigger would prevent this so I've been scoping out the used sections of my LGS.
  23. While the RHT a great improvement there is still a break in period so give it a couple of dry-fire sessions. Mine had a few hitches at first but then my sharp edged Tanfo quickly ate it's way into a perfect fit.
  24. $950 sounds about right. I try to support my LGS as much as possible and was surprised how many can get Tanfo's but don't regularly stock them. I was able to pick up my S2 a half hour away for $899+tax.
