  1. You have to mess with the follower so it doesn’t lock back. Long story short the grams spring lasts way longer.
  2. What’s people’s review? She’s a terrible shooter but I saw her do an interview that intrigued me. basically she admitted she was average at shooting but she did her homework with people who were above average at shooting. She seemed like she did homework on this almost like how a college kid does research for a finals paper.
  3. Hey man. Praying for you! Hope everything turned out well for you!

    Cancer Free

Hey man that’s so awesome, congratulations! I hope that you were able to get on the range to shoot some matches!
  5. I bought a PST a while ago and was very impressed when I called them up for a question and a actual person answered. Also I emailed them prior to getting this scope and someone actually emailed me back! I’m my experience, this NEVER happens!
  6. Anyone else out there? Seems like the sceevy places have the best food!
  7. I’ve always love MBX mags. I have the tubes and base pads but use the grams springs and followers.
  8. They do require fitting and they are a huge upgrade if you can swing the cash. I have the evo2 and love how aggressive it is. BUT if I had to chose the SV aggressive grip is 1000 times better in my opinion. Mostly because their mag releases is PERFECT. Wish I could fit one to the evo.
  9. I have a titan and love it. It’s an early production one with the evo2. I shot it side by side with another buddy’s nemesis and the nemesis was a little flatter but to me it wasn’t worth spending the extra $. If you have the cash I would go nemesis.
  10. I’ve always been a fan of ballistol. Cheap and easily accessible. It dries dry but when heat is applied it regains it’s lubricity.
  11. I have an early atlas gun and it seems to be better than the ones that are being sold now. Not sure if it was just bad luck but there were some guys in the area who were very disappointed with the quality of their atlas guns. Hopefully they have tightened up on their QC control cause it was really really struggling. I really like the company because they were cheaper than SV but nothing compares to SV. Their guns are beautiful and the parts they make are legit.
  12. I wasn’t a fan of it either. I got one for my shield and liked the idea of a flat trigger but the way it rocks back is odd. I did like it better than the standard m&p hinged design tho.
  13. Shane coley is kicking ass with a Glock. Not sure how much of a “Glock” is left after all the mods tho
  14. What kind of gun was it? i have noticed that cabelas prices has gone up. Primers are $7-$8 bucks higher. Boo
  15. When you hear the local “sponsored B class shooter” chimes in with practice advice.

    Pcc

I literally had a conversation with a guy who said he loves pcc cause he doesn’t have to practice to shoot well. Boo
  17. Knock yourself out. Starting out in PRS you don’t need high end gear. There are certain divisions based on the dollar spend on the set up. I use a Remington 5r millspec and that gun rocks. Not raising any eyebrows on the sexy list, but it shoots great!
  18. Hmm. Never thought about this. I bend my springs straight again. I notice when I’m cleaning the follows part of the spring kinda bends like a banana. Never thought about stretching the spring. Maybe extra wear maybe?
  19. I have a atlas Titan and hae a 11 pound spring. I have a sti back up with a 10 pound spring. I use the blue Wilson shock buffs in both and change them out every year. This is wayyy over kill but I like the idea of preventive maintenance. Springs are cheap, slides are not.
  20. I have Redding competition dies. They have a built in micrometer for seating and a free float seater die. The seating sir is supposed to help seat more consistently so the bullet isn’t canted to 1 side.
  21. Worst case you just take out your recapping pin so the neck gets resized.
  22. I have a Wilson Sinclair trimmer for my 308 and 3006. This is incredibly consistent because it has a Micrometer adjustment built into the trimmer. It’s a little pricy but check out what others have reviewed it at. Perfect for precision shooting.
  23. The gun shows by me have cfe223 for $20ish a pound. It works for me and my plinking loads. I’ve only found that stuff that cheap at gun shows tho. In stores they are about $28-$30 a pound.
  24. I use hornaday 1 shot. I take a old 500 round bullet box and spray liberally every other hand full. Once the box is full, I dump them into the and case feeder spray it again for good luck.
