  1. No all your equipment must comply with divisional requirements. What it means is exactly what it says you can pick up the magazines and carry them anywhere ie: in a front pocket if you wish or in your mouth, BUT your mag pouches and allied equipment ( magnets) MUST still meet the divisional requirements ie; behind the hip bone and meet the 50mm rule.
  2. I got rid of mine and purchased a couple of the GPS single pistol bags to use in the packpack
  3. Very stable never had an issue just make sure you tighten grips screws, if you do a complete strip of the gun. Using 9mm Tripp mags.
  4. DAA have a small RO kit that has gauges and a magnifier and a DQ rule # list in it, comes in a business card case, make your own for half the price but if you cant find the magnifier card I guess it's not a bad deal. Interesting that a lot of shooters change there mind when you pull out the magnifier
  5. Sounds like we all have a similar issue, mine did it a few times when I first got them maybe 3 years now but haven't loosened for at least a year and I'm not gentle in the way I treat my rig. I just check it before any major match to confirm they haven't come loose. Mins are SS version.
  6. If you bought a 2nd hand .40 one would hope all the bugs had been worked out of it !!!!
  7. No reason why it wouldn't as the optics mount is behind the ejection port area which is clear of the holster. Bladetech on the top Comptac the other
  8. Couple of guys over here in Aust shooting the Nightmare with the bobtail grip don't know if they are competition guys or not Dan they claim they work ok.
  9. XD mags don't work on magnets, do you have other game guns? Maybe sell it on to a club member.
  10. I wasn't at the last IPSC World Shoot ( Florida) but I'm told Rob Leatham who won Classic shooting minor, did say if he were to shoot the match again he would shoot Major.
  11. The other guys seem to have covered the answer. What I would do is place a fault line to the shooting area side of the wall to put the blocks out of play.
  12. Have a look at the Safariland custom fit model-568. They're fairly cheap in price over in US, comes with both paddle and belt loops, just check the website to see it its compatible but I use one for a XD 9 Tactical so maybe it will fit, they do have good adjustability for different guns as that's the idea of them
  13. When I was ROing I rarely took much more than my basic kit ie; timer, gauges, rulebook, leatherman type tool, If I needed anything the host club didn't provide I would usually got to a cheap hardware store and pick up what I needed and leave it at the club when I went home.
  14. We try an avoid leaving the old targets in place here in Australia Sarge, we draw lines around the original and use those as a guide. Yes agree on the longer staples as they tend to hold the targets onto the sticks firmer also especially handy on any moving targets.
  15. Just clicked on the talongungrips address and it worked for me in Australia
  16. Possibly the trigger guard dimensions, I have had issues with DAA holsters and they tell me its the different manufacturers dimensions of the trigger guards that cause fitting issues, but never heard it before with Bladetech.
  17. Yeah Dan a small club match of a 100 shooters, did you beat BC?
  18. marked or not you probably will anyway
  19. Outerlimits I saw a guy try to load his gun about 4 times on different stages one night, wouldn't take the advice to move it though.
  20. We get similar here in Australia up to rifle size from a car parts company. I think my rifle one was about $100 AU which would be about $75 +/- US, just had a look they are now $184aus (135 us),. Smaller pistol sizes come in 4 sizes price ranges from $us 25 - through to $us 64, I had one of the large pistol and it comfortable stored a Ruger charger in a chassis withn red dot and 6 25 round magazines.
  21. I swap between the BOSS and the USPSA I like the adjustability of the USPSA but also like the rigidity of the BOSS, you're right I doubt there will ever be the 'perfect' hanger
  22. That's what I used on my racer SS pouch, I'm not sure how it would work on a CR but the hole is there already.
