Ha. I have had a couple of their front sights break on me. Not sure why they remove so much metal out of the middle.

No gap requires the dawson base pads. I used the gap version, never noticed any issues reloading it. I can offer no opinions on 9mm mags.

What caliber? I used wilson 47d and ETM mags, both with dawson pads. They can be seated without a base pad, but a base pad certainly helps. I used tripp/corey system 10 round 10mm mags with my .40. They were good to go without after market base pads.

The ice magwell is a good bit bigger than the ipsc magwell. It is probably personal preference. The ipsc doesnt have an insert, if that is something that is important to you.

Ha. I was an early adopter of the limcat magwell. I have only managed to remove the finish from the insert. Probably my all time favorite gun accessory at this point. Truly a wonderful product.

I am a destroyer of things... basically Thanos to magwells. I gave up on derlin insert magwells a long time ago.

I dont see how the convex derlin insert will do the job that the steel insert does. I suspect it will be a gouge magnet. I seriously doubt it is a patent issue. Regardless, I hate that CK and SV grips severely limit your options in terms of magwells.

I also ran glock striker springs on my apex'd M&P 2.0. No tangible difference in trigger pull, like others have mentioned. Never had another light strike for the duration of ownership. I have an extra strength one that I bought from NDZ. It is the same as the one I put in mine. I never had an issue with the Arredondo extensions.

They are all birth control goggles. I don’t understand why they don’t make a one lense model.

S&W is really missing the boat by not having an optics ready 2.0 in the lineup. Love the gun, shooting glocks because no 2.0 core.

It’s less than ideal. But if you’re just starting out, shoot it. It doesn’t matter. Figure out the game and whether you want to participate long term before spending money. Limited minor with a compact gun is a pretty severe handicap vs purpose built race guns scoring major.

Thats the drawback of cheely and Sv grips... proprietary magwells.
