  1. 6.0 to 6.2 grs of SR4756 is very soft with a 180 jacketed bullet.
  2. I adjust based on the bullet, so if you chang eyou may have to reajust the bell
  3. MG work in every other weight so the 147's should be good also.
  4. Bullseye is always a crowd favorite especailly if your just making practice loads.
  5. Great idea BUt I wonder how many of us will do it.LOL
  6. BR primers are the best of the batches of primers from what I've been told. They often are magnum primers also. Fed and Win are the softest so will usually work in a race gun with a light main spring. Don't know about the rems
  7. Both y'all shoot together on wed night! LOL. It's a small world Charlie Brown
  8. I like WSF best, just followed Website. Started low and worked up to PF and the gun running smoothly.
  9. Couple of guys at our club use 5.0 grs of Bullseye and seem real happy. Not much smoke with lead bullets and they surely are accurate with them!
  10. Agree with "slim" seperating is a pain. Federal is sell "WM" SKU # with SP pimers. Nice brass BAD primer hole!

I like C&S stuff in general. Seem high quality at reasonable prices

    Para P16.40 barrel

Might be worth having a local gunsmith look at it quickly and get their opinion!

    para 16-40

I'd like to find some grips that look better BUT are no wider, any suggestions

    Sig 226 9mm

My 226 standard Nitron gun chrono's 30-40 faster than both of my 1911 5" 9's. The X-5 5" chrono's faster than all of them with the same loads. Like its been said before. Every gun is different.
  15. Even the regular Comp APEX kit works great and the RAM gives a "Little" more feel to the reset. BUt like you said keep practicing and build the muscle meory for the reset. I shoot both Limited with a STI and production with an M&P and have not had any trigger freeze or reset problems. Keep dryfiring!!!
  16. Didn't read all the posts so if this is repeat info SORRY! Have you called Wolfe springs in Penn. They probably hve them
  17. Local RO and I think he said he is a CO (might be wrong with letters) also, i.e. higher ranked range officer said mine was fine
  18. I've got vintage from 4-5 yrs old 4 1/4" to a month or two ago 5" all in 9mm. They seem to shoot the same. I use either 147gr lead or 125 Hornady HAP bullets. Depends on indoor or out etc. They all shoot about the same, 2 1/2 to 3" groups with the good handload at 25 yds. Never felt like I missed a plate or A zone because of gun. Hope this helps
  19. shot WST went to TG and now using SR 4756, seems to have the softest push and runs clean enough to go 4-500 rounds before I feel I should clean the pistol
  20. 7.2 SR7625 works well in mine and clean
  21. Load 1.230 to 50 in 010 stages to see what feeds/ just a thought!
  22. 4.8 of TG with 200 gr lead shoots great but is smokey and dirty 5.6 of 231 shoots great easily cleaned and some smoke 4.6 WST is better but still has smoke Trying clays next
  23. 17 with a coil cut off, use fed or win primers. Recoil spring depends on 124 or 147 gr bullets. bought the wolfe pack with 5 springs in it and they all run the gun BUT different springs help with double tap timing depending on the gr weight of bullet being shot. this has to be done by the indivigal and their timing /shooting style.
