  7. Blue tip on primer magazine.May be damaged. Since its rifle are you swedgeing enough? ck adjustment. ck hold down adjustment. Does the primer bar move smoothly? If not why. Just a few ideas.
  8. sorry if i up set you . you have a problem i have seen with some other reloaders. just tracking down the root cause. you have brass deposits on your expander ,trying to find out why , fyi I process brass for lots of people and now only wet clean rifle brass . in addition have been noticing a lot of issues related to wet clean methods. the brass is becoming less elastic
  9. HOGRIDER Do you wet clean your brass? To me this appears to be the same problem you have been chasing acrost 3 different threds.
  10. set back will not be a issue with Dillon die it actually sizes the case smaller. Than the Lee. just not as close to the rim.

  12. looks to me the pin is broken not something stuck on the end.
  13. are you sure its not a .22 case stuck to the de cap rod? use 2 wrenches 1 on the top of the die the other on the decap rod nut. heat it up with a heat gun etc if necessary. hit decap nut wrench with a hammer sudden shock may break it loose. still would like to see a picture of this.
  14. first clean everything . My primer system has the brass roller and I lube it with powdered graphite. Unless something (corn cob crud ) gets in it I have no issues. case feed issue. shell plate may be a little loose. Tighten till it locks up then loosen a little at a time till it indexes smoothly the tighten the 4 screws that keep it in position.Your case feed spring could be worn out maybe replace it with this one http://fastandfriendlybrass.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=105

  17. are you saying that a primer stuck to the decaping pin .then it pulled back through the case? Lets see a picture of that. otherwise what sarge said.And through that case away if it did pull back through.
  18. usually this starts at the flair /powder drop, not always. scraping happens at the seating die ,deposits at the crimp.
