  1. have one on a brass processing head works great. also have thear universal decap die ,
  2. if you are happy with it why change? FYI 9mm is most accurate around 140 power factor.
  3. if you just wont a different hold down https://www.mightyarmory.com/collections/swage-dies/products/the-backer-swage-station-die-for-automated-press-toolheads
  4. is there something wrong with this load ? inaccurate ?wont function? so its 140ish power factor so what.
  5. on my 1050 I use Dillon on my 550 i use Redding. on a brass prep head for 9 major I have the lee in station 6
  6. the first time you put the trigger kit in your gun .is the first time those parts are ever together FYI. its not a matched set per say.
  7. only tang the powder ck die is good for is to drag powder out of the case. every one that I know has removed them for this reason. A camera system is a better option imo.
  8. just checked mine and it only has one size .355 (upper part) no step. lower small part is .251 just finished 5k rounds there is no brass build up on it.
  9. have them explain ther 12 digit "lot number"if you can get them to answer. you may learn it has more to do with when it was bottled not manufactured. Shooters World only bottles the powder they dont make any thing. Its only a matter when not if they put clean shot in a bottle labeled major or rifle. Been holding that one back too long. I know the guys that invested in SW they know there is a Quality control issue and it may get worse before it gets better. Test every bottle never just start loading.
  10. I run the expander /back up die without any issues. realy can not see how it could cause a bulge at the base except with stepped brass. the lee die I had issues with was defective . Lee replaced it. Never put it on the press again.
  11. Remove the u die . Had a similar issue traced it back to the u die.
  12. whats the pull weight with all the factory parts? is it good except for weight? Do you have the kit with the adjustable trigger? This is for over travel and pre travel. What do you wont it to be/do.( your trigger pull/feel) I have some ideas but need this info. 90% of the time Rugers only need the adjustiable trigger to remove pre and over travel.
  13. look closer the tab on the frame has been removed also.
  14. its actually one screw all the other parts are now loose. the toolhead part may require a shim installed and screw reinstalled. to make the primer system work.
  15. 2 ways to remove ratach system 1 is to remove #13376 ratchet restriction tab and related parts. all adjustments on a new machine need final adjustment. lee decap rod imo suck they wont stay use red lock tite on the rod not the threds. The Lee undersize die I have is longer than any lee dies I have (its less than 2 years old) imo the Redding would be a better choice.
  16. increase your length and maybe use your Redding sizing die
  17. Yes it does. Now you may not realize this but you have hit on a no cost answer to your problem. You and quite a few others are misunderstanding something that is ovisus to some others.Your Redding sizing die sizes the case closer to the rim than the Dillon were your problem is.The Dillon and Lee sizes the diameter of the case smaller.therefore increasing bullet pull and only requiring removing the flair. Giving you the coke bottle appearance. 35 years ago we had steel dies that required a crimp to hold the bullet and you were doing more than removing the flair.Evan for 9mm. this is what Mighity has done. a case of what was old is new again.
  18. except for some loads for a TC Contender with N120,AA1680 I have only used regular small pistol primers.
  19. my 1050 takes less than half the effort to size than my 550. and after 2 back operations and waiting on the third the 1050 is a lot easier to operate.
  20. you are getting confused. First a Dillon sizing die will size the portion of the case that holds the bullet smaller than a Lee/EGW. Because of the opening at the base of the die is beveled to guide the case into the die it can not go as low (top to bottom)on the case. The Lee is or has little to no lead at the mouth so it can size the base of the case closer to the rim.Lee is not the only one that sizes closer to the rim than Dillon. But has a great marketing team and tear sizer ring is .003 I be leave smaller than sammy speck. Dillons sizer ring is actualy smaller yet just does not go as close to the rim. I dont use a Lee/EGW die I use a Dillon and have no issues with brass fired in a unsupported 2011 chamber.
  21. Eather ream the thought or SHORTEN the overall length to say 1.08 (that length is using your measurements) short thoughts are common in CZs
  22. you do know that is a picture of loading 9 MAJOR not for PCC. if you go back a ways you will see how the conservation has drifted to case capacity and not the subject at hand.
  23. length is to long for your CZ.
  24. mouth has less flair (smaller) therefore it sizes closer to the rim.
