  1. Glock 24 180 SNS coated bullet at 1.135 oal 4.3 Sport Pistol makes Major 140 Bayou coated same length powder charge etc makes minor just change bullet
  2. are we talking sizing or trim length? mixed brass from multiple guns? A case that is shorter than your trim length will still be short. A case fired from a tight chamber will size differently than a case fired in a loose chamber. Mixed brass is going to very more . Than brass of the same head stamp fired from one gun. I process mixed range brass. Your setup is a compromise. If it fits in a JP drop gauge its good . For all my guns . There are a few tricks to help but what depends on your issue.

    Gen 5 optic plates

watch this video the information you seek is at 10:11 min use lock tight (green )under the plate. also I would use red lock tight on the adapter plate screws.
  4. I also throw my belt in the truck. Mostly shoot three gun ( it gets beat around quite a lot) Holster is on a ELS clip otherwise like OPs. it has stayed in place for over five years. Suggest you look into why it really came loose. maybe put a little locktite on the screws ? Or was it something else?
  5. Dont know if I can get it to the correct words .But hear goes. The one pass does and does not work. Little things like there will be some brass shavings in the case after trimming . It takes a fairly heavy lube to size cases in a small body die . This takes a little more time to clean off than I like to tumble loaded ammo. Have found over years of processing brass that two light swaggings is better than one hard swagging. The one time I be leave wet cleaning is is useful is to clean primer pockets .Thear are more little things its all in the details. 650 there are those that will disagree. but all the plastic parts and constant timing issues . is why
  6. Option 3 is best option 4 second best (cost more) 1100 and CP2000
  7. no the ball caused the same problem you are having. I went back to the steel ball and a full power spring.
  8. Only time I have had that problem I tried one of those derlin detent balls under the shell plate. , ( remove shell plate the ball under it may be sticking for some reason)

Biggest advantage I got from magnum primers was lower extreme sped and stranded deviation.

My first thought is 1.150 is short for a CK/2011 gun. Then that's not your question so. First will the magazine for the CZ accept ammo say loaded to 1.160 length(gives a little room ). If it will then I would ream the barrel if not then you may need to go the other way. Load short for the CK. The short length less gas load is not going to take advantage of the CK comp and the longer length with more gas could over gas the CZ. You're going to end up with a compromised load either way . A slightly slower powder may be the answer.

  15. Everyone is going to have their favorite. First you have to decide if you are going to load deuces (two at a time) or quads (four at a time). It would be best to try some before you buy. My current favorite is Invictus https://www.invictuspractical.com/
  16. Had some time so I looked caliber conversion kit $132.99 quick change kit $285.99 small pistol plate $ 39.99 9mm die set $ 75.99 total $534.96 all prices are from Dillon You could get a less or more expensive Die set. XL 750 $649.99 you will still need dies etc . change over from 9 to 40 on a 1050 30ish min.
  17. case feeder is same you will need small pistol plate. you dont change the whole case feeder. I only have the small plate and load both 40 and 9 using it. its a $40.00 part
  18. any +5/6 mag extension like TTI ,Dawson, MBX no new spring required.
  19. clean bolt and pin( you are using a steal pin)with brake clean then put some Red lock tight on pin install and let it set 24 hours.
  20. Thear is a learning curve in making bullets your first 10-20 thousand will be less than acceptable. It will take a while but you can make some very good bullets . Just my opinion you mentioned automating a LEE product dont waste your time and money. Thoes that are trying to are not doing that high of volume. and having lots of problems.
  21. You were talking a pallet so https://www.rotometals.com/pallet-hardball-bullet-alloy-ingots-1000-pounds-freight-included-2-tin-6-antimony-and-92-lead/ then I just went to a coated bullet vender did not add any discount codes etc https://www.snscasting.com/cart.php yes they have a discount on large orders Did this based on money .
  22. I enjoy casting bullets . in the last two years I learned how to coat (Hitek) but I had a Master caster Lead ,Star sizer etc. all I had to do was buy a new mold to do 135 nlg bullets. But is it worth it to do only you can make that decision.
  23. FYI you can buy 34 thousand 124 gr coated bullets for what a pallet of bullet alloy will caust you. and you still have to cast ,coat , size.
  24. Its had tan/bronze/brown flakes in it for quite some time. Look closer at your older lots its there. Its very hard to see.
