  1. Their is one and only one "book" load that makes 9 major. It uses a 147 gr bullet and a very slow vitivory powder. But as Sarge said you need to do a lot more research. Now just a guess English is not your first language. So let's Make sure what you are asking and why.
  2. Molds were out . So if your customers are asking for a different profile. That's the time to replace the molds. This is what has happen. Also son smurf is shooting a cz now. Not good for the owners son not to use your bullets.
  3. 9mm brass, 9 Luger brass, 9mm Luger brass, 9mm Para brass, 9x19 brass, 9x19 Luger brass, 9mm Parabellum brass, 9mm Glisenti brass, 9mm pistol brass Are you going to be able to retrieve your brass?
  4. The pencil sharpener type trimers are ok for 100 maybe 200. But not ideal for 6000 to 8000. At one setting. With the amount you are talking about Dillon would be best.
  5. how about this one? https://www.snscasting.com/45-acp-200-grain-round-nose-red-coated-1000ct/
  6. first Dillon has used a brass tip in the past. It was still being used on the 650. second if you have a problem with this Don't use it. last I have been using this for over a year with out any issues. Three other people I know are using these for over six mounts with no issues. between the four of us that's over 100k rounds loaded. With no issues. Brass is a soft metal.
  7. They actually show primers . In packaging for reloading.
  8. That is my review. I am not very good at them. Was actually asked to review some time ago. This discussion reminded me to fallow through.
  9. Because this is were we got side tracked some time ago. Any body had any smoke blown up your ass lately?
  10. Found out about these on Bullseye L . They fit the 1050. I was probably the first to try them on a 1050. All the current Dillon primer magazine tubes are the same. You do still tighten the cap the same. It is actuary not as critical to leave it a little loose as with the blue tips. Read the directions about installing the tip . On the small primer tube I did have to "glue" the new tip using red Lock Tight. I waited till I had loaded with this for a while before recommending this. It has fixed my last issue with priming on the1050. Have a set to install on my 550 but have not tried it yet. Could just move the tube from press to press. May try that next time I load .223.
  11. After installing these brass tips I have not replaced a tip in over 35k rounds on my 1050. https://www.photoescapeinc.com/products/replacement-brass-ends.html
  12. You will have issues with the 41 primer .it has a thicker cup (harder) than other small rifle primers. This was discussed recently.
  13. Why dig up a year old thread On powder availability?
  14. Mixed brass? There are variations in bullets, brass hardness. How you operate the press, calipers etc. .005 is pretty good and well with in acceptable tolerance.
  15. 10 round Glock mags are not pinned. They really don't hold 10. 9 is what you can load. With effort you can load 10. But it's hard. Now in steel challenge 9 rounds is enough. With one in the chamber you will have 10 on every run. The 10 round mags I have. I had to clip a coil off the spring to get 10 in and the gun run on the first shot or two.
  16. What part do you want. The frame is 17. The slide is 19. Most parts people would like to change are 17 interchangeable.
  17. Just pointing out two people have told you you may need a larger diameter bullet. Weather it be .357 or .358 will require you to check your barrel.
  18. Max charge for 125 rnfp is 4.1 not 4.7. 3.8 is still my recommendation. This makes power factor for ICOR. I have used this in 9mm and 38spl.
  19. quote from Alliant Sport Pistol's low-muzzle-flash formulation is also optimized for polymer-coated bullets, whereas comparable powders can dissolve polymer coatings at the bullet base during ignition. In my test. coated bullet must set it contact with powder for some time to be a issue. That is why I gave a time in earlier post. If you load and shoot every 30 days . No big issue. If you use winter/off season to load for the year. you may have issues toward the end of the year.
  20. read the description . it does not dissolve polymer coating https://www.alliantpowder.com/products/powder/sport-pistol.aspx
  21. Its not when fired that the KNOWN issue with Tight group affects coating. If you load enough for use in 30/40 days . Your only going to see increased smoke . With little to no leading. Now if you load enough for 12/18 months. Their is a KNOWN issue of TG Attacking, breaking down the coating. This info is available from the manufacture. (coating) If you reserch this issue you are going to find . That Sport Pistol was developed for Federal to cure this KNOWN issue. Tight Group is not the only powder that does this. Probably just the most one used.
  22. From someone who has both. MOS. Have 2 slides(guns) that takes Vortex/FF3 sights and 1 vortex (razor ?). Now I prefer Holosun. So unless someone makes an adapter. They don't by the way. Now to change. I'll need a new slide. The two mOS guns just change the plate.
