Wow! I'm really with the right people here, I can't disagree with any of the movies I've seen listed. Did anyone list

Reign of Fire

Alien vs. Predator

My Cousin Vinny - it was on last night

Enemy at the Gate

Casino Royale - the new one

Pink Panther - was on last week

Mr. & Mrs Smith

A lot of my favorites were named repeatedly here...with my number 2 of all time, Apocalypse Now, repeatedly. I have seen it about 8 times, I guess. But the only one that I said "I gotta have that to watch again and again" is and was.... Bladerunner (both cuts). Can't take my eyes off it when I'm watching it, lost track of how many times I've watched it.

I recently re-bought Bladerunner on Blu Ray. The additional 3D affects from the Blu Ray format put it over the top.

Thanks for the detailed post Duane. (I was waiting on that one.) ;) I added a couple to my Netflix's que from it.

Some movies make a lasting impact, but don't really draw me in to watch over and over (like Schindler's List and the like). Others make me late for work, even though I've seen them many times and know most of the script by heart already...

any Mel Brooks movie (The Producers, Young Frankenstien, Blazing Saddles, etc...)

Starship Troopers

Team America

Marooned

Battle of Britain

The Blue Max

Heartbreak Ridge

Unforgiven

Most 50's-60's era John Wayne movies

Le Mans

Gumball Rally

Any Broken Lizard movies (Super Troopers, Beer Fest)

Tombstone

Wyatt Earp

Simon Pegg and team movies (Shaun of the Dead, Run fat boy Run and Hot Fuzz)

LOTR Trilogy

Clerks I and II (and Mallrats, to a lesser extent)

Dune (the De Laurentis original)

Most Spielberg flicks

Jeremiah Johnson

Little Big Man

Pale Rider

Silverado

High Plains Drifter

The Outlaw Josie Wales

Taxi Driver

Body Heat

RAN

Freeway

Blues Brothers

Pulp Fiction

Kill Bill I & II

Heavy Metal

Deer Hunter

Surf's Up

Tora Tora Tora

The Fifth Element

Rollerball (the original)

The Italian Job (again, the original, NOT the crappy remake)

Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels

Desperado

The Mexican

The Way of the Gun

Eclectic, yes ...but what can I say. : )

I watched "Down Periscope" with Kelsey Grammer last night for about the 100th time. That movie never fails to crack me up, particularly since I met some of those "same guys" in my Army career.

+1 on this...forgot about that one! lowbrow but hilarious... McHale's Navy under the waves....
