kellyn
Bruce Dickinson's The Chemical Wedding, perhaps the best metal album of the nineties - a bold but defensible statement.
Colt1991
Don’t listen to Kelly the music that gets him going is a little classical and looking thru his glass that have all of the funky lights in it.

Powerslave is still my favorite BD work

It is odd that I dont really have a list. Mostly I dont listen to music while shooting (or before) but NiN wakes me up while driving to the range. However if I want to get my mind on something, be it shoorting or programing or whatever, its classical all the way for me. Special something somber and/or majestic .. Think Handel's Messiah or Mozarts Requiem.
Kingman
Watch Them Die has a new album, they are a good metal band from CA Soilent Green rated one of the top 10 metal bands by rolling stone. Have been listening to these a lot in my travels as of late.

I never thought of it that way til you said that, but that is probably why I like them so much. It's kind of a yin and yang: powerful, agressive music with contrasting vocals. It also reminds me of a much, much less complicated Tool.

But I gotta' confess, I was a scooter driving mod in the 80's during high school (a vespa P200E) but the San Diego scene was all blues based, not Ska...Although I have a soft spot for 999 and The English Beat - never cared much for Madness or The Specials. ChuckS
It finally dawned on me: The Yardbirds version of Mose Allison's "I'm Not Talking" I'm not talking, Well that's all I got to say. Things I say at midnight, I ain't gonna say 'em in daylight. I reached the final conclusion, And all this persecution, Don't call me, baby, I'll call you In case you are too young to remember this band, one little bit of trivia. Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page spent time in this band. Pretty much the Grand Masters of guitar at the time.
