They set it up for a movie. You don't know if the guy in the bathroom or the two black guys are there to do a number on him.

I hate it when they do that! I've had my sticker stolen twice. Once they just cut my tag in half and it was a vanity plate too! It said Aikido-1. They cut off the sticker and the "A". I drove around for two weeks as "ikido-1," not very flattering but somewhat accurate.

Yea I saw that and it looks like if your shooting 38sc your out of luck as far as buying it there. Even if my wife and I each take 300 rounds that does not leave any extra in case of a reshoot. That sucks.

How do those who are shooting 38SC get enough ammo to the match? Does Armscour do 38SSC?

Talked to the missus and and she said it would make a great vacation. We don't want to go all that way and then fly home right away. We would like to stay a few extra days and see the sights. Did any of you that have gone before do this? How did you secure your guns while you saaw the sights? Did the match organizers make any sorts of arrangements to do this? What do we have to do to get a slot? Stew

I won HOA at Central jersey in September of 1987. Then took a 17 break due to illness. Since I've been back I've been trying to make progress, lost my mojo, found it again, got a gun that runs, and been dry firing. I finally won my first match after coming back! I took HOA at Guthsville on May 6th. There was not a super big turn out but I'll take a win any way I can get one. Thanks to JJ and Jake who have been coaching me. Stew

If you come to the Philadelphia area we have a weekly practice and a match every weekend. I have my days free and we could shoot every day. I can loan you everything you need to shoot Limited and you can load on my 1050. Stew

My friend Olin was one of those having trouble with his Glock at that match. He said the super fine dust had dried out the gun causing the FTF.

What equipment do you need for The Ironman? EVERYTHING! From shooting sticks to mag pouches and cleaning gear, you'd better come prepared.
