AussieTactical
Looking for suggestions on what pants I should be buying to compete in. What do people like to wear for action shooting sports?
SlvrDragon50
I wear Tru Spec pants. Though now it's getting too hot so I just wear some Oakley Golf shorts.

3gunDQ
I like cut off camo shorts... not at a major though, old rules says no camo. 511 taclite pants for me. Great pants.
phoenixsomd
LAPG has a pants with stretchable panel that work well. They also have a short with wicking panels for hotter climatesSent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
OPENB
I like 5.11 in the summer for the carabiner strap. I hang a hand towel off it for sweaty hands at LAMR.
Mikeski
I like the Under Armour Fish hunter shorts.
Beef15
LAPG, they have 100 varieties, and if you check often you'll eventually catch some on sale for like $16, pretty sure I've scored some for even less. Quality is good, I use them for shooting, yard work, and outdoor recreation of all kinds and usually manage more than 2 years of wear nearly every weekend without any major failures. They ship fast and their CS was awesome the one they contacted me.
TennJeep1618
I prefer North Face Paramount Peak II zip-off pants. They're flexible, really comfortable, and the zip-off legs are great for Spring and Fall matches when the day starts off cool.
Edge40
Big fan of the 511 taclite pants. For shorts I use a pair of under armor golf shorts that are super light.
thepunishur
5.11 Ridgeline. They aren't too tacticalish,so they can be worn out and about as well. I also wear golf shorts when its warmer out.
JeremiahD
Been using these: http://www.cabelas.com/product/clothing/mens-casual-clothing/mens-casual-pants/mens-cargo-pants|/pc/104797080/c/104746680/sc/104262480/i/104076180/cabelas-mens-ultimate-rugged-pant/1938658.uts Looks good, moves well, very comfortable with the bit of stretch they have built in, has held up when I have had to get on the ground. I may have to find some shorts for the late summer club matches, will see.
DWFAN
If you want long pants instead of shorts for hot weather, the Vertx Phantom with Airflow look like a solid choice. I don't own a pair yet, because I like shorts, but I may pick up a pair of these. http://tacticalgear.com/vertx-phantom-ops-powered-by-airflow-tactical-pants-od-green
