An economy rental from Colorado Springs Airport is about $40 per day or about $160-$170 for the match dates. 2.5 hour drive from Springs to Whittington. I spoke with the police captain at the airport last year regarding the magazine laws and enforcement. He told me that unless you make a public announcement regarding your mags... they don't care.

Denise, I hope to know in a couple of weeks. I definitely want to. In the beginning stages of moving. Yuck & the move has a deadline so gotta get that done before I make any other commitments.

I will let you know soon.

Well, here's our best guess as of now! :-)

Stage 1 – 3-Gun – Rifle slung (Probably) – 12 pistol steel, 6 slugs, 6 birdshot, 12 rifle steel

Stage 2 – 3-Gun – Rifle slung - 12 birdshot, 12 pistol targets 12 rifle targets (combo paper and steel)

Stage 3 – shotgun/rifle – rifle slung - 8 slugs, 8 birdshot, 12 rifle steel, 4 rifle paper

Stage 4 – Shotgun – 41 birdshot only

Stage 5 – 3-Gun – rifle slung - 12 birdshot, 12 pistol, 12 rifle (combo paper and steel)

Stage 6 – Shotgun/Pistol choice stage – 36 birdshot/pistol optional targets

Stage 7 – Rifle/Pistol – 8 rifle steel, 6 rifle paper, 8 pistol steel, 6 pistol paper

Stage 8 – Pistol – 36 targets – combo steel and paper

Stage 9 – Rifle – 18 steel, 8 paper

As always, this is the plan as of now! Sometimes, as we start setting up, the mountains talk to us and tell us a different story! The round count will be very close! No buckshot required!
