  1. Anyone have any head set updates? Have I seen a drop in people using them? It seemed for a while there were tons of people using them, the only people I see with them are truck drivers these days. I've noticed prices dropping too. Thanks! FM
  2. His home town is my immediate Market. And he moved back not too far from THAT! Chris Baker at the old 101.9 "The Edge" got him really going. FM
  3. Lincoln Logs and Red Skelton on Tuesday (?) night= Extra Good Times! FM
  4. I wish you wouldn't have done that! Now I want a 1050 and a bullet feeder! It's like if you had never seen High Def TV you wouldn't care. Damn my eyes for watching that! Reloading porno and I can't go back to my 550. Anyway, I want to see these as they come out, looks like they're going to be great! FM
  5. Springs are perishable's and shouldn't count against the practice of dry firing. And thanks! I probably haven't changed mine in a couple of years and I need to get that done! FM
  6. So, what did you get? FM
  7. Kool Drill! 8 & 10 are what you want consistently! FM
  8. Did you forget you already had one or did you find THE DEAL? And if you found the deal, where was it and how much? DR
  9. You can take I-35 all the way to Osceola Iowa. The range is less than 10 miles to the Osceola Organized Practical Shooters range. We also have a lot of good 4 stage matches at the Eastern Nebraska Practical Shooters range east of Louisville Nebraska. We amy have 2 more stages when the weather improves. ENPS is probably about a 3 hour drive from KC. Any new shooters are treated very well at both clubs. FM

    F1

I don't need 31 lead changes in my F1, but F1 doesn't need to look lke Drivers Ed either. FM
  11. See how fast you can do it clean and go from there. Very worthy goal. I need a plate rack bad! FM
  12. A friend of mine from Bakersfield strongly suggested buying at Samy's. http://www.samys.com/browse.php?cat=101&mfg=152 They even have refurbised D-40's at a killer price. For me the D-40 is the way to go now; go cheap on the body and buy decent lenses for when I can afford a more expensive camera. But according to Lew Rockwell, I won't want to! (Buy a more expensive body) FM
  13. I worked at a place that machined aluminum gas meter bodies. Thier cast aluminum was hell on any type tooling. FM
  14. There are other brands, and check to see if there is a local builder. (By local I mean as far as it would be practical for your economy) Sometimes you can save money and get a better safe. FM
  15. \ You are really "sluming it" these days Angus! FM
  16. Maybe he's in a new Galt's Gulch, where the transponder wouldn't be allowed to reach "outside". Hope so! FM
  17. "Every" day? No, but my cheap HP 1012 (can't get now) and HP 1020 (the 1012's successor and way less than $200 depending on the deal you find) works for printing competitor labels (15 labels for each of 350+ people) with no problems whatsoever. Plus it's also small enough you can take it to the range without busting a gut! Yep, I have an HP 1018 that I could take from my home to the office if I had to. It even makes beautiful images in black and white. Don"t know about making lables though, haven't had to. FM
  18. I like the concept Time Warner! Get that baby anchored to the wall and it should solid as a rock. FM
  19. Man that is more than I though Now I will have to figure out how much I spent Don't do it!!! FM
