  1. I got great news yesterday that my winter propane contract for 2008/2009 is due the first of June. (Two months earlier than normal.) If I pay in full (which I always do) I can get it for the discounted price of $1.99 per gallon. I'll need 1500 gallon, which means it's going to roughly cost me $750 a month to heat my 900SF home. FM
  2. Where did all those lead tooth paste tubes go from my youth? Should have saved them! FM
  3. Mr Dunn is absolutley correct; any steep inclines like trimming grader ditches are not what ZTR's are made for. Also you won't pull fertilizer spreaders, and sprayers with a ZTR. A lawn tractor with a PTO shaft is nice to have too. You might have to use it to power a generator someday. FM
  4. I would look at used commercial mowers. (If I were looking.) Lawn mowing in my area is so price competitive you can't afford to do it yourself. (Labor, cost of the machine, storage and upkeep.) FM
  5. The person that is my broker! I had to call her tonight at 9:00 to get to work! Don't feel sorry for her either... FM

  8. Saved to Word. Awesome. FM
  9. Our state used 19 million less gallons from February 2007 to February 2008 than we normally do. So now they want to raise fuel taxes enough to cover that lost revenue. Idiots. FM
  10. Pic 1. I like the lighting a little more. What do I know? FM
  11. May 2008 corn is now$6.00. Farmers aren't getting rich, they are simply handling more fiat money. FM
  12. I started shooting with a Glock 21. At one time I had two, and one was brand new. I have small/medium hands and wish I had BOTH back BAD!!! FM
  13. The Lt. Uhura look is *so* 2007. I think you are correct! Until the tecnology improves they are next worthless. FM
  14. With non comped, Limited 38Super, I'd be looking at heavier bullets and faster powders. FM
  15. If I shoot this in matches, yes, but really just have a bunch of brass in both calibers saved up, and several guns, and want to start tinkering with a good all-purpose load, both play and carry. If you have a bunch of both, seperate them and don't worry about using both at the same time. I'd use the Super's up first? FM
  16. You are going to shoot Limited or SS, right? FM

  18. Case capacity (volume) is the fifth component. (The 9X23 should have less volume than the 38 super.) FM
  19. Holy Cow! Ambi mag release or right hand side only? I like it! But I am right handed also. FM
  20. I picked up my second Jawbone as I really like the quality of the sound that it puts out and it pairs really well with my ancient treo 650. When I broke my first Jawbone I had the Motorola h700 and it was okay, but more durable than the Jawbone, or I'm a bit rough on my equipment. It seems like you'd have to carry it in a hard case to keep it safe from breaking. I purchased another one because of the sound quality and prefer it to holding my brick of a cell phone up to my ear. The hearing side of the Jawbone was OK, but anyone I talked to told me to get rid of it cause it sucked on their end. FM
  21. Oh yeah! I have to be hands free these days! I need to hands run my keyboard and talk at the same time. Anyone running the wired head sets? FM
  22. http://www.easternnebraskapracticalshooters.com/ If you arrive in August you will have just missed A-3. We have a great club with 4-6 stages a month and Palm scoring. We also have SC and 3G alternating monthly. All about 30' south of Omaha, depending on where you live in the city. I can also help you with real estate;-) FM
