EGW Guns has a few different mounts. http://www.egwguns.com/vortex-razor-mounts/

Doubt it will fit the box with the optic hanging over the back. Just try a RTS2
-
Can’t beat Vortex warranty.......
-
I’ve tried the Romeo1 which was not bright enough for me and needs a bigger dot. The Vortex Viper is nice just a smaller window. Got a RTS2 coming to try. Didn’t like the DPP 7.5 triangle seamed way to big.
-
DPP is still brighter.
-
Was afraid of that. That’s what I’ve had still not bright enough or maybe it’s just to small for my old eyes. Thanks Alma

Email Shooters Connection and tell them your a member here. Then they will also offer a discount on most items. Also Cmore is having a sell the codes are on there Facebook page but don’t know if railway is on there
-
Alma how do you know if it’s a new or old version Romeo1
-
Was hopefully someone had some info on how the RTS2was holding up for CO. Guess no one is running one.
-
Why do you think the DPP is easier to pick up. What size was the RMR

I use 2.0 to read and did some experimenting and found out that the 1.50 was all I needed for seeing my front sight. ESS make a frame that clips inside the glasses so I had the 1.50 on the right eye and just a clear lens on the left works pretty well. Like someone else said when target is 25-30yards it’s a little difficult. Or even closer head shots can be blurry. But have started trying Carry Optics and don’t need the magnification.

I think the Romeo1 could us a couple more brighter settings. Also the R1 is a 3moa and I prefer a 6. The Vortex is hard to beat on warranty they just have a smaller lens and don’t think it’s as clear as the R1 or the DDP.

I built mine with parts from different manufacturers and it has done me well. If I was going to buy one built it would be the Sig for sure.

I use a 14lb spring and the brass hits the Romeo1

Magazine Extensions - a Vote for TF

I like the plus 10 from TF also. If just need 5-6 extra the Dawson Tooless are nice. -
Sometimes you can find a decent price on eBay.

Not sure if the plate is the same but since both of the optics bolt directly to the slide they probably are. The only difference might be the X5 has a tab on the front of the plate that fits into the slide.
-
I did not like the 7.5 triangle if it had been a actual dot I think it would of been perfect. I have a Vortex Viper with a 6moa and a slide ride Cmore with a 8moa which are dots. I just prefer the dot to the triangle.

USPSA First Time Reloader Dillon 550 vs 650 etc
Jeff_Alan replied to timewaster1700's topic in USPSA/IPSC Shooting
650 is the way to go. Lyman reload book is pretty good. -
I am in the same boat (not fast or accurate) I had a 7.5moa but never did like the triangle. Don't know about the 2.5moa. I have been told its a very nice crisp dot. Like I said before the Romeo1 is to small for me and its a 3moa.
-
Romeo1 has one of the largest glass but in several opinions including myself it needs a brighter dot. I would also prefer a larger dot. I have one and trying to get use to it but haven’t decided yet.

Good night idea Sarge. I always spend to much thanksgiving weekend and never leave the house. Just wait for the UPS driver

There is a small tool that you can buy. But I would advise you to save your money. Just use a smal, punch. I had no Glock experience either.
