  1. I still use a phone as a phone, didn't have a camera. Kurt did have a big jug of something he called cider, I think there may have been some apple extract in it, along with cranberry juice and I think Nitro Methane Oh, Eric is the quiet one.
  2. I saw them both at the same dinner table at Rocky Mountain 3 Gun 2 weeks ago.
  3. Eric has been posting in the Resurgence 3 Gun thread.
  4. My question is, if the lighter bullets shoot better, why do you feel the need to shoot heavy bullets? Are you shooting paper at distances beyond 300 meters? Or is it steel targets at longer distances?
  5. Find the low recoil slugs that shoot well in your gun, and buy them by the case.
  6. Oddly, I've found Home Depot to have almost any kind of Velcro that you might need.
  7. Not a gamer, JJ, you know I'm old and slow. Just want to make sure of what I need to bring or have on hand. : Flight in the morning,
  8. I shot the Masters for a number of years, starting in the 80"s. I could shoot it again with a couple weeks notice to load long range ammo. I hate that such a good match had to go away.
  9. I do know Denise! She's my favorite match director. I shipped ammo out already to add to my "inventory" at my friend Jim Lambert's. I tossed 10 rounds of the ammo loosely described into my suitcase.
  10. Mike, You may be correct. I took it as smaller than 3 dram, not necessarily smaller than 6's.
  11. Adding to my earlier answer. I shoot Fiocchi 1 ounce low recoil, and B&P. The B&P are more accurate in my Benelli M2 and Versa Max. Remington Managed Recoil slugs have terrible accuracy in the same 2 shotguns.
  12. Agreed, Kurt. But Dianna has seeds of doubt sown. Not to mention Don has not gotten better groups out of rifle as well. Something is funky with her rifle.
  13. The obvious answer is what shoots best in your shotgun.
  14. P Mags in 20, 30 and 40 with an extension. I prefer the extended 40's since the follower really doesn't leave the mag body. My +18 Nordic extensions are the orginals, with a cut up P Mag and aluminum coupler. Those can be a bit fussy at time. Oh, and some old G.I. mags as well.
  15. Sorry to inform you, they are no longer in business.
  16. Thanks Dogtired. There are standards for some things despite the English / Metric systems. I have a Mini Mauser rifle, the barrel shank is metric, but, the scope mount holes are 6-48. An awful lot of Brownings are made in Japan, but the scope screws are still 6-48. Every camera I have, none of which are made in the USA, my spotting scopes also, the tripod sockets are all 1/4-20. Bottom line is, it's just a threaded hole, cutting tools are used worldwide, as are many standard hardware sizes.
  17. The original question was for the rail mount screws on the top of the receiver.
