How does the mouth of the die look?

I don't play the IDPA thing anymore because I like to shoot. All those rules say to me is; when the Vtac is approved, flat face triggers will be legal in SSP. Too many Glocks with aftermarket triggers that look identical get by in SSP all the time. I did it when I shot SWIN a few years back. If it's an obvious replacement, then you just flip over to ESP. Not my rules, it's how the game is played.

I've shot PD. Both FMJ and JHP. I haven't used any MG bullets yet but my other option is Zero bullets. They are great.

EGW U sizing die. Redding Comp seating die. Lee FCD

I change nothing but the bullet. I use coated lead for practice and local matches and FMJ for majors.

My 650 runs with the EGW sizing die, Redding comp seating die and Lee FCD. For all my 40 and 10mm loads.

My CZ loves 124gr. But it doesn't mean one is more accurate than the other. My gun just functions better with 124s. I develop loads to accuracy first then PF.

40 out of a 45 barrel.

Forgot to add this. Probably the best advice you'll get.

3.9gr may cut it if you're switching to coated. I run 4.0gr of TG with a plated 124gr RN @ 1.130. Works great.

I wouldn't know. The only light strike issues I've ever had were from not seating primers fully.

I do all the extra steps that many hate. Range brass by the tons. Separate calibers (I load most pistol stuff). I run short sessions (20 minutes) with primers to remove dirt. Dry. Dedicated press for primer removal. Tumble for 2 hours. Dry. Reload. I don't mind the extra steps. My sons also help out so it's time for us to bond.

1.110 plunked in your Shadow? They didn't for me and my barrel was reamed. Xtreme, IMO, has the worst bullet profile for their 135gr in the market.

You're right. This is racing. Our feelings about our individual experiences vary, and that's why we race and have fun doing it. I'm shooting a different gun now and maybe N320 will have a different feel at a different OAL. It's off season for me and a good time to try some things out.

SCTaylor is right. Perfect setup for a lazy person like myself. Saves all my data. I email it to myself as a backup.

4.6gr is what I used. Just noticed I missed that part.

I have some data for this. I heard and gave into the hype of N320. Personally, I bought 4lbs and won't use it. I don't get what I've read. It's nowhere near as soft as Ramshot Comp with the same PF. OAL was 1.135. Same bullet. PD JHP. I also did 4.6gr at the same OAL with Zero FMJ and they were reading a little slower. Avg 163 PF. Maybe I'll use the N320 for 9mm. This was for my G35. I just didn't get the good feel that I've read about.

I only use an EGW U-die. I used to use a bulge buster but have no need for it anymore. Size to the plate and it's good to go.
