Donny has always been a. Consummate professional for me. He’s honest maybe to a fault but he’s not said anything about the gun being a piece of garbage he’s just pointed out some things he’s acutely aware of as a hand builder of high end 2011s. He may have an extremely high sense of quality too which is what makes him so good as a builder. What you think is a nit to pick is something that he won’t let stand in his work.

What I did was prepared myself for the fact it might die. And it did. You have to set your foot down. I shoot more now because of it and I find enjoyment in it again but you also have to be comfortable losing a club for what it’s worth the club I ran matches at started up their own thing six months after I quit. They basically didn’t want good shooters to come in and show up the locals all the while taking shots at what I built.
