Hey guy's probably been asked quite a bit but I have a pre úpgrade'X5 and I want to drop in the Apex Enhanced trigger and forward set trigger bar. Can I fit these without the upgrade or am I wasting my time doing so? I'm in Australia so I have to wait for our importer to get his stuff sorted out before the upgrade can be done and have no idea how long that will be.

I noticed today Sig are not advertising the 320 X5 now the have the Legion X5 and a 320 X full that has different features to the X5 as we knew it.

It seems to be really wide open as I'm sure the ITAR doesn't differentiate between small parts and larger parts, I think the terminology is just gun parts.

I have one just in case, I use my gun for IPSC which can be a bit rough on your guns at times so a bit of piece of mind for the electronics.

Same issue here in Australia for any Sig, the only parts available are what can be purchased from Brownells which is fairly limited.

I bought that gun and I'm using it for IPSC now and running Syntec 150gn and had no issues, getting a reload setup to see what happens.

How are you trying to mount it? IE what type of mount system are you using?

I have a Racer holster for 1911 which I haven't used for a couple of years. The holster was a generic 1911 BUT the problem is that not every 1911 trigger guard is the same dimension, it fits fine for my Springfield loaded but didn't fit well for an STI Spartan or a Nighthawk or Springfield Range Officer so it's been relegated to the holster draw. You want to make sure you get one to fit your gun specifically if you can. The issue was how much movement of the gun there was, the gun would probably never have fallen out but wasn't happy with it. I now use an Apha X for my Sig 320 RX and X% and couldn't be happier with it. Although after using it all weekend last week I have bought the thigh pad to try out.

What was the no shoot doing 3 ft away from the shot array? was it next to other targets?

Yeah I know im shooting PDO in IPSC in Australia and have had my R1 back to the importer a couple of times and scratched the screen on a Shield RMS that I was using while the R1 was being sorted out.

And that's why IPSC have prohibited the use of this type of holster in competition now
