  1. I haven't got to hold the new one but I have the P6. Being a 1911 shooter most of my life I thought it felt spectacular. Perfect carry gun for my taste. Looking at the baseplate I think SIG could have got one more round in those mags though. I'd like to see one in .357 Sig. ?
  2. Wonder when we will actually see it at the dealers? ? I'd love to know the weight. And what optic is supposed to fit on it. Hopefully the Romeo 3.
  3. Well, guess I'll let you know when I get mine. ?
  4. I've shot tens of thousands of SNS bullets. Great guys who really support our sport.
  5. The P225-A1 is next on my SIG list. It's been out a year I think, anyone have some rounds down range with it? Thoughts? I'd probably put some X-Ray sights on it like my Legions.

    320 Thumb Safety

The trigger is the same right? ( As far as how many pounds) Just has the thumb safety.

    320 Thumb Safety

Nice! Thanks for sharing. Is the safety ambi?

    320 Thumb Safety

    Good to know. Thanks.

    320 Thumb Safety

Guess no one. But I like it! Will be getting that exact same gun when available.
  10. Does the height of the C-more seem ok as far as height goes? Any need for a riser?

    320 Thumb Safety

Anyone see the thumb safety models out in the wild yet? I don't remember where I got this picture of one from but it looks like someone just got it.
  12. This is more what I was looking for. Thank you sir.
  13. Don't want to merge anything. Just wanted people's opinions if they think a SAO has an advanced in Production. Was thinking of double stack SAO's. I don't see one. Lots of striker fired guns with very good triggers.
  14. Anyone have both the Romeo 1 and Romeo 4? (Alma) Looking at getting an MPX soon and I need a red dot for it. So my question is does the Romeo 4 have brighter settings than the Romeo 1? Whats another good option. I've got an Aimpoint M2 but it's kind of big. Thinking Romeo or maybe a Holosun.
  15. Did he elaborate on what would be needed to be done? More slide milling or just tap new holes in slide. I don't have an RTS2 to compare to the Romeo 1. If the Romeo would get just a little bit brighter the dot size would be fine. I like the small dot. So far the only time the dot seems to wash out in the sunlight is right now. Low winter sun just happens to be at my back at local steel matches.? If I'm spot on with my draw and transitions I can still pick the dot up. But if I'm off a little it's very hard to find. Until now I've had no problems shooting the Romeo 1. If they could give me a couple more brightness settings it would be perfect for me.
  16. I do believe the original question was do you see an advantage with the SAO. Not change the rules. I say there isn't an advantage. That's it. Not change any rules or make another division. Pretty much a yes or no question. But I appreciate the replys I'm currently shooting my Legion SAO frame with with a MK25 RX (red dot) slide on it in Open Division. (Minor) Having a blast!
  17. Thanks for the replys guys. Like hearing people's opinions. Like I stated early on. Not trying to change any rules. Just saying the trigger on my P320 was just as good or better than my SAO. So I see no advantage having the SAO. Thanks
  18. First I've heard of this also.
  19. A Lee bullet seating die really helped with my OAL's over the Dillion. And when loading the same headstamp brass I get no more than .002/.003 variance.
  20. I've finished my first 1.1 lb jug of Prima V. It's now my favorite 9mm minor powder. It reminds me of WST, just faster. It's the cleanest powder I've ever run. Runs cooler than Titegroup also. My loads have chronoed very consistent.

    SIG Legion Series

I bought the Legion SAO just to have also but liked it so much I shot a couple matches with it Limited minor then put a MK25 RX slide on it and threaded barrel. It's now my main competition gun. And doing quit well shooting Open minor. Hoping to get a minor compensater for it soon.
  22. The .357 diameter bullets were a huge improvement over the .356. I was amazed. Had a couple little lead specks on a clean patch but nothing in the grooves. ? My 226 barrel slugged at .356.
  23. Anyone experience a loss of accuracy shooting minor through a comp? And I assume 124's are the most common. I shot some 147's at 130PF through a Comp and could tell a difference. I was using Prima V powder. Supposed to be about the same speed as Titegroup but has almost double the volume in the case,
  24. I know Springer basepads for a Mec-Gar CZ 75 17 round mag will fit right on a Mec-Gar 226 18 round mag just fine. What I don't know is if they work on all the 226 grips.
  25. I ran SNS 147 flat points at 1.135 OAL in my unmodified SP-01 Shadow barrel. Very nice bullet,
