Shot it today. 5.11 with a Kimber .45 in sstk (3 make up shots) and, 4.77 with my 625 in limited 6 (no make up shots) (after not touching one since Sept) Hop

Just pistol, I had to put 10-20k but maybe more. DEFINITELY less than last year and major less than the year before. Pistol, Rifle shotgun..............all in all 30-40k Hop

Hey Rich, If you could talk USC into going idependant, like Notre Dame then USC could get all the TV time and press goo goo gaa gaa that N.D. gets (NOT deservidly so either). THEN USC might get a shot at the National Title game. otherwise you're just going to have to get into a tougher conference to get better attention (just the way it is) I think each conference should have a champion, and then those play the other conference champs until there is one standing (look at all those $$$$) but that is too easy of a solution. If like you say you are shooting too many C shots in Limited (and you already have the gear) NEW goals and REFOCUS !!!!! something like : NO PENALTIES PERIOD for the first 2 months, THEN: NO D hits PERIOD for the next 2 months, THEN: 10% C hits for the entire match !!!!! for the next 2 months, THEN: Do ALL the above AT MATCH SPEEDS for the rest of the YEAR !!!!! When you can do that, YOU WILL BE KICKING AXE !!!!! (YOU won't be able NOT TOO !!!! ) HOPALONG

Rich is right. The thing goes by winning percentage. So if the Pac-10 has one good team (USC) and 4 other moderately good teams and manage to winn all of them. Even though other conferences send more teams because they are stronger conferences (say big 12) it still doesn't matter if they go 7-1 and have more actuall wins. I think it is best settled by percentage too though. Go SEC !!!! And I really hate saying this .......... GO FLORIDA Darn good USC game too !!! They will be at least 3 in the polls (USC), and if Texas has trouble and Florida doesn't OBliterate OK they may even get to be 2nd !!! Hop

Let me explain a thing or two : 1 I am also putting together the MS 3gun match in October and WILL NOT schedule them too close together to take away from either !!! 2 The Tennessee section match is the LAST weekend of September, many of my local help will also help at this match so I can't schedule them too close either !!!! (Yes it is in Nashville, but the Memphis club is the 2nd largest in the state and helps tremendously at the sectional, wherever it is) 3 I cannot worry about other matches aside from ones that would take away from the quality of this match(see above). The Gator match (for example) traditionally has 10 revolver shooters. and 160+ autoshooters. IF it doesn't get its' "traditional" 10 it won't be hurt if they come to this ALL revolver match. 4 IF I worried about this match, that match ect. then there would not be a match because somewhere there will be a match anyway, someone will just have to choose where to go to. Sorry, but that is just the way it is. Hop

HMMMM. Revolver was 10% of the Standard division .....................200% of Singlestack division (new thing in IPSC ????) ......................9% of Production division and so on and so forth !!!!! Pretty good. Sam

Bigsaxdog, Be careful on the rubber bullet match. Cliff and I were doing so, and were getting shoot throughs of the Silver bullet targets and denting the sheetrock. Hop
