  2. Well !!!!! I guess I asked for that ???? I don't know, I'll check my calendar to see if I have time to start a "beginner". Hop
  3. Corey, I've seen those guys shoot (Westerners) and why would they trade down thier pistol skills to let you gain some shotgun skills ???? Hop
  4. Forget it. I'm headed out to A-1 in June, another 450 dollar plane ticket just a month later takes too much of the play $$$ too quick. Hop
  5. So............. Where would a person fly into ????? Hopalong
  6. I will be in TX the weekend of this match, man I'll miss shooting it. Looks like there will be a new Revolver division champ this year for sure. Hop
  7. Was a pretty good revolver shooter !!!!

  8. Alabama and Arkansas on the same weekend !!!!! What do we do now ???? :angry2: Hop
  9. NO, I do NOT shoot lead ON my revolvers, but I do shoot lead through my revolvers (except the 25s, they are too hard to clean up) Hop
  10. Nope !!! I get my post count up by spending way too much time here and not working or stuff like that !!!! Hop Good luck at A-6, see you in LA at the end of March If I can get down there.
  11. Natural, and Royal blue Hop
  12. Hi Julie, You are also getting a PM from me. 1 USPSA primarily, ICORE when convenient (not often here in the south), IDPA when there is nothing else to shoot. NO STEEL and NRA shooting in my area. 2 quite, depending on upcoming events and what I'm shooting there. BUT I would say 75% of the time. 3 Last year, 6 majors with a revovler (9 in all) 4 Yes generally, USPSA 5 Would do steel, and NRA if it was close and no gamer more than 6 guns . 6 With USPSA and IDPA the 6 shot limits make the shooting more skill related, not an equipment race, everyone is equal. ICORE let it get away and doesn't put enough "recognition to 6 guns" it takes a 627 to compete at the top level. Other than that, the people are just a little more "different" in a good way. 7 I'm in the process to make it more avialable for shooters that don't normally shoot revolvers to shoot a big match. (USPSA) You're welcome, and THANK YOU !!!! Hopalong/Sam
  13. Sorry, NOT going to be able to defend L-10 Master this year. Hopalong
  14. IF you want to try a GREAT SIG DA/SA trigger you need to try Rodney Mays' triggers on his SIGs'. Oh and he made GM in production with his SIGs (and made top 10 the last 2 years at USPSA nationals with a SIG). Hoaplong
  15. Maybe : ICORE: Southern Regional (LA), Mississippi cup (MS) USPSA: Old Fort Revo match (AR), Alabama section (AL), Arkansas section (AR), Gator Classic (LA), TN section (TN), Indiana/KY section if at Silver creek again. For sure: ICORE: NONE USPSA: Area 1 (ID), Sam's match ! Definately not: ICORE: IRC, all other matches except mentioned above. USPSA : Nationals, all other Area matches. Mississippi classic (going to TX) Hop
  16. And he doesn't look a day under 70 !!!!! Must be the Oklahoma sun ! Hop
  17. I'm not too picky, I have a 4" ICORE/IDPA gun, and 5, 6, & 6 1/2" for USPSA or whatever I decide to shoot. Oh, and they are all REAL revolvers, not some kind of gamer guns (hold more than 6, it's a gamer gun ) Hop
  18. Been There, Done that. You have all my prayers and well wishes. BOTH of you are the lucky ones . Hopalong
