  1. Thanks, Mega, that sounds about right, but without the laser, what does it actually weigh in at?
  2. Really? What does your PCC weigh in at? Or do you shoot PCC?
  3. Any lighter PCC is a huge advantage in the Division.
  4. six-gun, is that the actual weight on your build as measured? And what's your load for that gun?
  5. checking it now Jack, the lower is about $245, that's fine. $190 for the barrel, yea, I can see a build like that.
  6. Yea, I know that... But what parts does it take to get there?
  7. I started awhile ago with a JRC 17" that weighs in at 7.4 lbs. Being used to heavy AR-15's from 3 gun I didn't think anything of it. But it sucks for PCC for less than 15 yards. So what does it take to get down to 5 lbs, or less?
  8. +/- .1 grains for sugar powders is normal, +/- .2(+) is normal for corn flake powders.
  9. I use the 650 brass tip for the primer magazine on both my old 1986 550 and my 2001 SD. Have never had a primer problem since then. The plastic tips just deform and cause issues. Dillon does not recommend this, but I've run hundreds of thousands of rounds that way.
  10. Take up competitive quilting. But beware, some of those old ladies are really tough to beat........
  11. Everything else is the same. Gun, ammo, all of a sudden it burps? What's different? Most likely the shooter...
  12. I've only replaced the RSA 7 times on a 270,000 round Gen 3 G17. I don't think that's it. Most likely a shifting grip.
  13. slayer, which gun are you running the 357SIG in? A Glock will have a more pronounced, almost flowing, primer strike on the 357SIG than any other caliber. In your case the primer edges are still round, but that's a weird looking firing pin mark. Actually looks very much like the strike marks from my 9mm JRC carbine. It's just the way that carbine runs. 124 Bayou TC on top of 3.4 grs TG at 1.100" This is a flat primer...
  14. B_RAD, your hands must sweat acetone....
  15. Any grip applied with contact adhesive has to have the correct surface prep. That means a triple alcohol wipe and air dry.
  16. Slide length doesn't matte with a dot, it's target focused. But you want a full sized frame for control. G17 or G34. You can always put a 3.5lb connector and G21 OEM "extended mag release" on a G17. I run a G17 for CO.
  17. FM, IMT, MaxxTek, AmmolLoad and Amerc, all complete crap.
  18. 9x45

    broken locking block

It happens on G22's more than any other Glock. What Gen was it?

    Glock 43 upgrades

Try posting in Other Shooting Sports. There are a few GSSF shooters there.
  20. Thanks George, it does work really well. The other thing I do is put a teaspoon of mineral oil in the bucket to catch all the primer residue. Same for my SD.
  21. Improved shroud from plastic paper (good use for political ads....)
